We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were swanky, modern and comfortable. kitchen was fully equipped. Staff was hospitable and courteous. Breakfast was good and they accommodated special dietary needs for the kids.

Nestled in a very cozy neighbourhood away from the maddening crowd of the city, Hyatt house provided the luxury feel of a hotel with comfort feel of home. The room i stayed in are spacious and hygiene is set to a very high standard. All the utensils in the room are very clean. Plus there are lots of great cafes and upmarket restaurants within 2-5 mins walk of the hotel. Save you lots of travelling time for food and entertainment 😊

The Hyatt House was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruit, pastries, fried rice and egg options. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We enjoyed Hyatt House. The location for family’s is really good with lots of nice food and shopping basically onsite. Rooms are well decorated and service was ok. Although some facilities were still not open. Beds comfortable and the bathroom was clean and adequate. Tv was poor as choice of channels and was no smart option for Netflix, YouTube etc.

The location is very good and in a pleasant surrounding. Access to quite a variety of food and berverage. There are actually 2 malls nearby which is 153 and 1 Mont Kiara. The Supermarkets in the two malls are quite big .Easy to get transportation also.

Great location with lots of F & B outlets. Clean, spacious room and environment. Bed comfortable and not so for the pillow. Stayed in a studio room with a kitchenette- a plus is the water filter dispenser.

Great place to stay. A stone's throw from downtown KL. The room and facilities were amazing and met our expectations. The food options inside the hotel are limited. Breakfast offerings can be improved. The TV in our room was not working and didn't offer connectivity to Netflix / OTT platforms. The wardrobe panel was spoiled but was repaired by staff immediately as soon as it was reported. The ability to request for housekeeping needs via QR code was impressive and quick . Keep up the performance. Can do better. We will come back to Hyatt House / Hyatt group hotels in the future.

I love it that there is water dispenser in the room that saves me the trouble of boiling drinking water. I stayed in Hyatt house 2.5 years ago, the cleanliness and overall standard of the Hyatt has improved. I will stay here again on my next trip to KL.
