I went there in July 2023. The hotel located in the heart of KL. It was lovely place. I had site survey just nearby & amenities was really fantastic. With strong internet & good bandwidth, I had no problem continuing my daily meetings with colleague remotely. However, there are still something can be improved such as parking & I think it looks old (yes of course it is a old hotel) but I suppose it can be maintained & once in a while it could be change into new theme. Overall I think it is still a worth & good hotel.

Booked for a STDB room ended up getting STTW room. As the staff said the room type is based on availability. Basically it means that if you arrive late you will not get the room you booked!! So what is the point of booking if I cannot get the room I desired ??? Waited in the queue with just 1 person ahead took 15mins, two staff chitchatting while handling the guest took longer time as it supposed to be. Finally my turn to checking in, the receptionist asked me to wait for awhile because she had to settle some problem with the housekeeping. I start to lose patient since I need to get ready for an event. Checked in the room, the bed sheet is literally not in a clean state. Has stain on it and a strand of hair , bathroom not provided with hair dryer as advertised, toilet bowl look rusty, somehow the sink is likely clogged.. For in-house guest has to get the chop from the hotel otherwise need to pay Rm3 per hour , staff did not even care to brief about the parking regulation. Overall service ,attitude, and housekeeping need to improve as myself also work in a hotel industry and this is the worst I’ve seen. With the price paid not expecting much, the first and the last will not be visiting again.…

Travelling with 12 friends and had a chance to stay here for just one night (exactly 6 hours form midnight). We're satisfied with the cleanliness as well as the breakfast. But unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the surrounding area because we strict to catch in time schedules. Really recommended hotel.

the best thing about the hotel is the location is in the city center. it situated walking distance to GM plaza and some shopping store. The hotel also serve good food for breakfast and dinner. I went there for a conference and the staffs really help us. we really satisfied with their services including conference room.

Location is great with many cafe, local restaurants and very close to Personas tower. I had an injury during my trip and there was a medical clinic right in front of the hotel which really helped me Beds were not that great and the washroom were average as well

Came here with our 22-month old son and 69-year old mom. It was both friendly for toddlers and senior citizens. Food at Sudirman Cafe, located in the hotel was good too. It's walking distance to Plaza GM, and less than 2km to KL Tower. Has its own block for parking. Highly recommended for family travellers!

We took 2 rooms here and stayed for 5 nights. Location is ok, there is a 7-11 and KFC 2 blocks away, 6-8 blocks away is a large shopping mall and a discount department store called Mydin and at the closest alleyway there is a bizarre type market. The staff was wonderful, there is a doorman at the front door that opens the door for you upon arriving and departing. The only shortcoming of the hotel was the shower, the shower head was in dire need of an upgrade, it’s an old style plastic handheld that is kind of grungy and nearly impossible to aim in a decent usable direction when attached to the shower wall. When you take a shower the hot water heater make a god awful groaning noise that can be heard from the next room over. We especially Louie the breakfast buffet and we looked forward to it every morning. It was s fabulous spread with Malay type curries, noodles, fried fritters, egg rolls, an omelette station, rice soup with condiments, noodle soup that you assemble yourself, breads/pastries, fresh fruits, orange juice, tea and very good coffee. WiFi was strong, a/c blew cold, room cleaning daily with a hot water kettle and hair dryer in the rooms.…

The room was clean. The bathroom had an issue and the management can't solve it. Food variety was nice. Some staff are not friendly. I don't think I will go to this hotel again. I will not recommend to others.

location wise......perhaps should not highlight the back street though.... easy to access public transportation....& grab is ever ready sudirman cafe offers ala carte.....super food. a must try is patin masak tempoyak. lamb chop also so yummy.
