Spending the nite & having breakfast high in the sky, had the pool by ourselves. This was the best hotel so far, we loved the view and the breakfast. Completely blown away! Impeccable service all across the departments. Checked in for a 3 night stay in the Sky Retreat room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A few days before check-in, I received an email asking me to personalise our stay. I answered some questions and remarks. During check in, staff was professional and genial. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to see it decorated with the words 'Happy Anniversary'. Room was huge and very clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and pillows were customised to suit our needs. Bathroom was humongous. The bath tub was huge and offered a stunning view of the city. We were able to see KL tower and Twin Towers from the 56th floor. Amazing view! Amentities offered in room are commendable. There were 3 different types of wine glasses to choose from. There was even mouth wash available! Banyan Tree KL is just across Pavilion mall. There is a direct link bridge to the mall from the hotel main entrance. The semi buffet breakfast at Horizon Grill was great. We were spoilt for choice. There were dim sum items, breakfast platters, pancakes, nasi lemak, noodles and choice of eggs to choose from. Service was efficient and professional. As we walkes around the hotel premise, staff were all courteous and friendly, making us feel at home. I highly recommend Banyan Tree KL, for those who are looking for great views, service and quality, this place has it all. Will definitely be back for another stay.…

What a stay. We were fortunate to have stunning views over the city and the bar,restaurant,swimming pool afforded us fabulous views of the Petronas towers skyline. Tha staff were excellent and looked after us well ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Plus side to staying at this hotel was that we could walk to the Petronas tower via a walkway and gave us great access to the pavilion shopping and eatery below.in addition we discovered that there were free tourist buses nearby giving access to some places of interest. Wonderful place to stay thoroughly recommended.

Firstly, the reception was great. The Bed was comfortable. The pillows, as I requested. Only thing - the bath salts and soaps were a letdown... And very unfortunately, the essential oil that they put out for me ... smelt like someone's body odor ... and then it didnt help that the room was really warm too ... at 20 degrees, i should have been freezing but alas, no... The Marrow at Horizon Grill was spectacular. The Bisque also - takes you to a higher level.... The room - ya, not great.

Delightful and luxury urban oasis with exceptional customer services at great location, it's our second time staying with Banyan Tree KL. We choose to stay with Banyan Tree again as we know right away our oasis journey begins from the moment we arrived at their door step. From their courteous and accommodating team to personalised attentions like choices of the in-room essentials oils and incense at turndown services, all just to make us feel at home. Their wonderful customer services and great attentions to details appear in every moment of our stay and do not stop even after we checked out. I received a complimentary birthday cake and birthday wishes from their front desk team upon checked out. Neither my partner nor myself have mentioned anything to them about my birthday. Their kind gestures shown how wonderful their team in customer services and great attention in details. Great location with so much to offer in the surroundings (attractions for tourists/culinary experiences for foods lover), right next to Pavilion KL Bukit Bintang (even has an access bridge connecting the hotel direct to the mall). Their rooms & suites offer impeccable cityscapes views and offer superb facilities like comfortable bed and pillow, integrated electronic washlet bidet toilet seat, spa shower and/or soaking tub with views. Their dining experiences are to be amazed too. We love their rooftop bar - Vertigo, have had afternoon high-tea at Altitude and their breakfasts at the Horizon Grill are beautiful as usual. We've stayed in a few 5 Star properties across KL and Penang during our visits to Malaysia, so far Banyan Tree KL continuous to be on the top of the list for their superb hospitality and brand standards. No doubt Banyan Tree will be my first recommendation for the best hotel in KL to anyone I know. Will definitely be back whenever we revisit KL.…

The facilities are nice, staff are nice except some receptionists. I mentioned some nice things to be fair. Now with the issues during my stays in this month: 1-the comforter was dirty, so I asked them to change it and they came after one hour. At the time I had just arrived from a 9hr flight and a very long day, so I kept calling every 20 minutes untile they finally showed up. And the only one apologized was the house keeping guy which I guess wasn't his fault. 2-sink was clogged both stays(2 separate rooms) 3-minibar(mini refrigerator) wasn't working, why don't they check when they prepare the rooms? Because if they did, they would have smelled the very bad smell it had. 4-I ordered food and the person who delivered left in a hurry and I wanted mayonnaise, so I called them for it. Guess when did it arrive? After I finished eating(btw I eat very slowly) so I thanked him and gave him the empty dishes. Anyway, I'm a person who feels disrespected and unimportant when I have to wait so long for a service. So my advice to you, don't stay here unless the location of this hotel is the best for you, otherwise there are plenty of other 5 star hotels…

Incredible views overlooking the Petronas Towers, Room was designed and spacious with great view. Food was great and service was excellent, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Horizon Grill which had amazing views. Loved the bath with a view, overall, very luxurious and memorable stay. Dearest owner of Banyan Tree; Mr Lee and Rudy; GM, Re: Appreciation post It was certainly delightful and an unforgettable experience after staying 8 nights at Banyan hotel Kuala Lumpur. Honestly without the people working endlessly and tirelessly to make every customer feel welcomed, the hotel won't be the same and we would have not stayed this long. Sadly the hotel is booked out from March 13 2023 or else we would have stayed on till March 20 2023. But we still chose Banyan residence next door to be closer to Banyan Tree hotel and team. During our stay, we get to know a lot of talented people from concierge, front desk, housekeeping and Horizon team. EVERY single team member provides superior customer service. Special mention to the following team members: 1. Alli, Duty Manager; Your thoughtful gestures are muchly appreciated by us. Thank you kindly once again. 2.
