Only the Name Dorsett looks nice but in reality the hotel from check in delay , stains in bedsheets,mouldy smells to bad parking.. you name it the negatives. Adding to it the room 0725 my wife had some abnormal disturbance.. couldn't sleep the whole night...need tremendous improvement to sustain but seems they have some loyal customers

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly with customer ,specially mr HAFIZI. Menu breakfast is very delicious . A lot of menu for breakfast . The atmosphere of the hotel very conducive . Service of the staff is very good.. thank a lot to HAFIZI. i give 5 stars for the service

Given the price the rooms and facilities are quite below average for the standard. Aged building but with some modern touch up but still not enough . However the stay was decent and can do better .kudos

I am very happy with Dorsett Hartamas & will definitely come back again. This trip I utilised their 26 hours pre booked (72 hours before) extended stay, so my wife & kids can late checked out at 6pm. Opposite of Dorsett Hartamas is Plaza Damas, quite reasonable choice of food, & necessity.

Very pleasant stay & nice staff Our 1st visit hosted by a charming Duty Manager ,Hafizie! He’s very nice & great customer service showed by him. What a guy! Always smile during checkin. Booked the Executive Suite for weekend stay with my family & it was a memorable one. The room were spacious, clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing too. They even took the initiative to make my stay more memorable by placing "welcome greeting cards & fruit basket upon my check-in. Special credit goes to the Front Office Manager (Alex Khoo), Operational Director (Yung Lim), Receptionist Staff & the Bell Boy who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Overall experience was awesome. I'll definitely recommend Dorsett Hartamas to every couple and families. You wont regret, just be there :)
