Our recent stay at the hotel presented several areas for improvement. The staff, while committed, could benefit from additional hospitality training to enhance guest interactions. We noticed a distinct odor in the lobby area which was somewhat unpleasant. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly in areas such as the carpets and rooms, needs significant attention. The parking facility also requires better maintenance for safety and cleanliness. We found the room's hygiene standards lacking, with evident dirt and an overpowering smell. In terms of value for money, considering the room's condition and the cost, there seems to be a disparity. The hotel's location is commendable, situated in a convenient part of the city. However, it may not be the most accessible choice for guests with different abilities, as the absence of valet service can be a challenge. Our experience with the breakfast service was underwhelming due to the limited selection and quality of food offered. The room amenities were quite basic, lacking essentials like bedside tables, lamps, and a fridge. We also encountered issues with inconsistent water temperature in the shower. The housekeeping services appeared to need improvement, as evidenced by the condition of the bedsheets and the room's carpet. The soundproofing of the rooms could also be enhanced for a more peaceful stay. While the reception staff made an effort to be welcoming, there seemed to be a general lack of warmth and attentiveness from the overall staff. The request for a deposit without clear justification and the pre-charge on our card were also points of concern. Overall, while the hotel boasts an excellent location, the level of service and accommodation quality does not match the price. A stay at a more budget-friendly establishment might offer a more satisfactory experience. We hope this feedback is helpful for the hotel to make necessary improvements.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL! I booked and paid a 7 nights 2 bedrooms stay through Booking. I chose the superior bedrooms and some other preferences such as "rooms next to each other - rooms with a window and natural light.." and I had to pay extra for these and I did. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff at first asked us to pay a certain daily "tax" knowing that I already paid everything INCLUDING taxes through Booking. Obviously I refused and I asked them to double check my booking and that everything is clear in there. Then when it came to handing us our rooms, they do it randomly without checking the preferences or the extra you've already paid, they give you whatever rooms they feel like. When we checked the rooms, one at first was okay and the other one had no window then we had to go again ask them to change it, they weren't happy about it but they did. When we went to the rooms, and checked them well we found the sheets STAINED and DIRTY, the carpet and the walls were disgusting for both rooms, we went down AGAIN to tell them that the sheets were dirty and that we'd like them to change it, they did but the new sheets were dirty AGAIN!! so we asked AGAIN for a change, the staff became irritated and didn't believe us so they sent the (i guess) person in charge to check with us. He checked the rooms and said that someone will come to change the sheets and that's when i expressed that I'm not satisfied in a very polite way and that I had paid extra for comfort.. you know what he said: "Where did you book and pay?" I told him that I did online through Booking and that i paid all the 7 nights already through booking and his answer was: "then you call the online people to help you. You should have paid us here." And from that point all the staff became very hostile to us, ignoring our Hellos and acting like they're doing us a favor by letting us stay in their hotel.

Book this hotel through official website. Located at Pasar Seni LRT station (walking distance) and opposite hotel is Petaling Street, a landmark of Malaysia for visitors. Hotel room is a bit old but amenities is good enough. Next door has a good kopitiam with a lot of nice foods.

LRT and lots of public transport available. Staff is very welcoming. Thanks to Syafina the reception girl. She is helping us a lot. show us some courtesy by suggesting where to go , where to eat , and many more. hotel is still new , so our check in process was so fine and fast. She's superb expert to the environment.

We stayed there for 2 nights and really regretted it! It was shady, gloomy, dirty and the staff was cold and ignoring you. The rooms are empty (no bed tables, no lamps, no fridge..), the water of the shower is either freezing or boiling (and the switch for the water boiler is outside the bathroom..), we had a window..with a view on the ACs and that was it (no light, not anything) When we arrived, the bedsheets weren t changed and were full of long black hair and hairs, the floor is covered with a carpet absolutely repulsive (dirty dirty, full of stains, probably never even hoovered..). Breakfast was sad, only a few shaffing dishes full of cold and dry food with very little selection, bowl of margarine outside the fridge (for what seems days, given the colour and advanced melting), moths flying around, horrible watery tea and coffee, as a result we ended up not having breakfast there the next day (and staff just shrugged and no refund). Walls are paper thin and we could hear everyone coming and going (skeaky door that slams when it closes..). The ladies at the reception were at least trying to smile but the guys we had probably didn t know what hospitality meant. They were just rude and only wanted us to give a deposit (for what?? There s litterally nothing in the rooms!!) And just pretended we didn t exist for the rest of the time. This place is way too expensive for the standards they have, we would have probably been better received and treated in a backpacker s hotel. Location was great though, right in the heart of the city, that s the only positive point. Oh and we asked to pay on spot and my card was charged as soon as we made the booking. Never again!!

We were staying there for a night in March. Just in front of Chinatown, location was great. Unfortunately, we were so tired not to get out to have a look or enjoy the Chinatown. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean.
