Pros- Excellent location, linked to pavilion shopping centre and banyan tree spa. Concierge team (ezo and colleagues) was most helpful, giving us excellent tips on where to dine/do. Cons- need to improve on housekeeping. We even had to request for towels on the second day because our used towels were not replaced.

The property is managed by Banyan Tree, a prestige hospitality brand and also under well known Accor Group but the service standard is far out from my past experiences with the group. Room was not ready by 3pm. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The Guest Service hot line was not promptly answered. Luckily the Duty Manager Ms Joe Joe was very attentive and helpful in order to reclaim my disappointment.

Location is 10/10 as it is only few steps away to one of the most luxurious mall in Malaysia (to be honest, the mall is probably one of the most luxurious in Asia, not just in Malaysia) with lots of good restaurants, great place for shopping. The room is very new, clean carpet, high quality bed sheet with all the available hotel facilities including executive lounge, fitness, nice swiming pool with great view and nice bar/restaurants at the hotel which make it very convenience and you don't even need to go out. Stay at the executive floor for 5 nights and had a very good experience with all the services, surrounded by nice and professional hotel staff ready to help you.

We stayed in Pavilion Hotel from 27 April 2022 over ten days. Excellent location, close to everything. Hotel managed by Banyan Tree, absolutely excellent service. Specially front desk manager Michelle Lim is a very nice and helpful manager.she’s very professional n caring for every details.I like to thank Michelle for everything that she has done for us. Will come back again for holiday.
