Arrived past midnight and the taxi dropped me off in another Citin hotel. I had to walk the streets of KL middle of the night feeling scared. Fortunately, it was actually safe. The hotel was rather difficult to find. Even the folks up at that time didn't know where it was.
Average Hotel with nice Deluxe rooms. Close to LRT Station, but also right beside a mosque. That means, you will hear the prayer at 6:00 am for about 15 minutes. The breakfast included ist really very poor.
I stayed for five night in this place and had a good experience overall. The rooms are small but clean and everyday Housekeeping guys were doing a fantastic job to keep our rooms plesentable. Bathroom is well cleaned and water pressure is so good and also it has hot water all the time. This hotel is located in the middle of a bazaar sorting area and if you are a shopping person you can easily walk to the supermarkets and supermarkets such as Mydin, Hanieefa and Lulu. Also its 2 min walking distance to Masjid India metro station and from their it won't take more than 10 min to reach KLCC, Aquaria KLCC and other places. Tip - There is no any nice window view but you can observe the market area in front and I enjoyed it. Breakfast is not so good, the layout is ok.. but all the foods are two oily and they serve pre fried egg in buffet and it become all harden of you come late for the breakfast. And there is no much difference in all five days. We took breakfast outside for two days cuz of that. There are plenty of restaurants around where you can have your breakfast. So you better book without breakfast. When you book a grab make sure you change your location to the nearest road as there is no direct access to the hotel by a vehicle. The cafe is close early (around 5 p.m) but don't worry it's always better to try plenty of restaurants outside. Overall it's a nice place to stay. Hats off to Housekeeping team. …
Room was very good. But staff behavior not so good. And there location was very good but this is not in klcc, so if any person stay in klcc then don't book this hotel. Hotel restaurant open in limited time.
Front entrance to building extremely noisy due to construction along the entire walking street. Barricades up everywhere and you have to navigate your way through all of this with all your bags. I was ok as I had back packs tho I helped others that had large suitcases. Not ideal 1st impression. As soon as staff saw us they raced down stairs to help as it’s not there fault, more so it’s the responsibility of COMPASS HOSPITALITY....honestly if it wasn’t for the kind friendly staff on arrival we all would have gone elsewhere tho we were all so tired we just checked in. I was only booked in fur 2nights and I’m so glad. The first morning in the hotel was like there was a convention on level 5,6 & floor 7. There was doors shutting,, slamming and obviously people congregating in each other’s rooms, music going, praying and loud discussions, laughing and the list goes on- what ever your religion have respect for others and there’s even if they dint have one. The hotel truly needs to put in a noise restriction as certain races around this planet just seem to think they own the establishment and can do what ever they want. Sadly my plan for the 2nd morning was to get an early night and rise super early to beat the noise pollution. The rooms are very average and dirty in places, tho bathroom was nice. Aircon worked very well tho a little concerned about the filters being clean enough. Would l stay again- most definitely not.…
It was a Worth staying in this hotel. Strong wifi, perfect AC., Free chilled water. Cheaper price. Best place to stay in Kuala-Lampur in this cost. You can find great deals for breakfast, It is on walking distance from masjid Jamek metro station. Best Place. 5 Star Ratings from my side.
The rooms were quite small and once you leave your bags on the floor there’s barely enough space to walk around, rooms being small is quite understandable for a budget hotel but the bathroom had a grape stem behind the door which shows that the cleaners haven’t cleaned the bathroom thoroughly. This can be improved if the cleaners pay more attention and do a good job in cleaning On the other hand, the location of the hotel is very convenient as there are various food shops and places to shop around. We stayed over on Saturday so there were night markets right in front of the hotel so we enjoyed all the street food and shopping. I know that this is a budget hotel but if the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned properly it would be better.
A budget hotel yes That is to be expected, However before I booked I enquired if the room had a refrigerator as I would need to keep some food and drinks chilled, the reply from my enquiry was " the room does not have a refrigerator however if required you may utilise the refrigerators in the rear of reception or in the cafeteria" , I made my booking on the assumption I could utilise the refrigerators however when I requested to use the refrigerator I was rudely decline and told they are only to be used for medicines,I showed the reception staff the email they responded to when I was enquired and they said it must have been an error. they literally lied to me to get my booking therefore I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on e the fact that they lie to get bookings…
