Detailed Reviews
Hotel was nice and in a good location. Walking distance to many places and plenty of public transport links. The rooftop area with tv was great for a chilled movie night. The staff were really good mannered and happy.
Only downfall is that (im guessing due to lack of staff) the room wasnt cleaned once during our 6 night stay. We had to actually ask if we wanted fresh towels or toilet paper etc. But when the room was made up, they didnt actually clean floors/bathroom, make the bed nor change the sheets. Good thing we're not fussy guests! First world problems but still something you expect when on holiday.
Other than that we liked the hotel. Could do with a touch up on the paint (chipped and grubby, quite a few "unknown" substances on the wall above the bed lol). But initial presentation was really lovely and the rooftop area was our favourite part of the hotel. We would go back, these are just a few pointers for the hotel to fix!

Seasons Point Hotel is strategically placed just a stones throw away from Petaling Street and Chinatown. This is by far its biggest selling point. On entering Seasons Point the foyer and reception area is quite small but well appointed, and gives some hope that the room would be of a similar standard. Sadly, that is not the case. I booked a standard room with window and it bore no resemblance whatsoever with the photographs presented on their website and notable hotel booking sites. The room was very small and compact. When you open the bathroom draw it knocks against the work station desk. The double bed mattress is very hard and of a cheap quality, not conducive for a goods night sleep. The AC is quiet, works ok but takes a good thirty minutes to cool the room down. TV is wall mounted, very basic and has the minimum of channels. WIFI is a bit sketchy, sometimes fine and then other times slow. The shower has good pressure, the water is hot and no drainage problems. There is no fridge in the room and no kettle provided. There is a tiny safety deposit box. Sound proofing in the room is not very good, you can hear every little sound from neighbouring rooms. There is a nice little area up on the room to sit and chill out. There are plenty of places to eat close to the hotel, some open 24 hours and there are 24-hour convenience stores close by. Staff at the hotel are lovely, friendly and helpful, even allowing me a 2pm checkout free of charge. Seasons Point Hotel is ok for two or three days but you may start to feel a little claustrophobic if you stay any length of time account the small room.

This hotel is located close to China town but there was no noise from the street in my room. Hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed my staying here. If you wanna go to petronas you can use free public shuttle bus or take a cab 🚕 which is surprisingly cheap in the city.
Small tip - shuttle bus goes to petronas, but if you wanna go back to hotel with this public shuttle bus - bus stop will be not next to hotel - it’s in 10 min walk, so it’s better take a cab back from petronas to not get lost, or if you wanna walk map can help.

The good: 1 minute walk to the entrance of Petaling street, can’t get a more affordable hotel with such cleanliness near a touristy spot, food and shopping is conveniently within walking distance, the room and bed is sufficiently clean, aircond is cold and Wi-Fi is provided
The not so good: parking is a bit of a headache here but you may get a good bargain at the Mydin underground parking, too much traffic and people at the hotel entrance thus not a relaxing scene, the room is definitely a little old so is the furniture, a little bit of smell that cannot be explained, room is really small and just good enough for sleep and shower perhaps not for big luggages
Overall, I would pay a little more for a slightly better environment and nicer room. While the location and busy street cannot be remedied, I would suggest the owner of the hotel to continuously reinvest their earnings to improve the hotel a little at a time as it will definitely be good for travelers and returning customers in the long run. There is potential but it should not be squandered

It’s started with MCO experience that make me decided to take weekend off for good food and a relax time. After google for all possibilities of how to make life meaningful when interstate and boarders still close; I came across this nice boutique hotel situated in China Town. Without hesitation, booked one night over the weekend even it’s 30 mins drive from my home. The minute I reached this unique boutique hotel, I was impressed by the decoration and the warmth welcome at Front Desk.
I booked the room at rooftop. It has an amazing view over the Maybank Tower😍, feeling overwhelm rich! I must say that I made the right choice to stay at this hotel. Since then, whenever I need to recharge my brain and energy, I will attempt to stay here, as like my second home! All staff here are so caring. Never a time I felt lonely. The breakaway for weekend especially during cmco is a right choice at this hotel ❤️

The location is good, directly in the corner of Petaling street so it is easy to find good food. The room is clean but it is not sound proof so every noice outside your room will be annoyed. The bathroom floor if wet it is slippery so be carefull. Room is not big without window 😞 but it is fair with the price.

Other than location, everything else was worst. The sound proofing was bad, the picture does not matches what it was. Windows cannot be open, it is just a budget hotel. Never will stay here again and highly not recommended. Wonder how it got high score.

I just stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. it's quite popular among western backpackers. first thing, hotel rooms has non-sound proof windows and i could hear everything from the street even though I stayed on 6th floor. Avoid the rooms that facing the main street if you are a light sleeper as I am. the second night onward, i moved to another room facing back alley. The room is smaller compare to the one facing main street but at least I can sleep. One night, there's no water. another night, there was a party on rooftop at 1am, one day, they forgot to clean the room. Staff members are friendly. Overall: average budget hotel.

Slow check-in because they had cancelled my reservation, in spite of being warned that I would not arrive until early in the morning!
A/C bad, toilet blocked first time I used it... They moved me to another room which was better but still old, single-glazed windows (loud traffic noise). WiFi kept cutting out, too.
Otherwise fairly clean & modern. Staff were friendly and trying to get things right.

Thank you very much Season point Hotel for a very warm welcome to us. They let us check-in early and assisted us in anything we needed.
Very friendly and accomodating receptionist ( sorry I forgot the name, but I remembered him as sweet and very helpful and informative.
I'll be back in Kuala Lumpur and will stay in this hotel again.
