I was Monday night around 10pm, a hot and raining day. I was kind of late and i was tiered from the plane. I booked the room with agoda. Since it was raining, I arrived at the hotel wet from top to bottom. I then went to the reception and the guy said he didn't received the confirmation so he made me wait half an hour. Then I showed him my agoda reservation  on my mobile. He took my passport, made a photocopy, then he told me I can't check-in cause he didn't received the confirmation. He even told me to cancel my reservation on agoda and to make a new one on booking.com. But the funny thing is that my booking wasn't cancalable, so if I cancelled it, I will have to pay the price of the room. So I told him about that and he said "if you cancel you will not pay !" So I asked him "are you sure?"  He said " if you don't checking you will not pay" so I told him "ok so I will cancel this room and make another reservation into another hotel, and if they charge me cancellation fees, I will tell them that you told me to do it" then he looked even more angry than before and told me "I tell you nothing, you do what you want" . So this is exa tly what I thought so I didn't cancelled it. So i asked the guy if he could at least call agoda with the phone in the reception, but he refused and asked me to call myself... So to make the storey short, because the most interesting part is coming, i called agoda and he finally let me go into the room. I stayed 2 days without any problem, then on Wednesday 25, 2019 just on the Christmas day, I went to my room and put my bag with my laptop in it into their personal locker. I the  went out for dinner at around 9pm. when I came back at 10, one hour after, I went directly to my room. I noticed that the locker of my bed was broken and my laptop inside my bad was just gone... So I went to the police station to make the report and I was feeling pretty confident because the hotel seemed to have a lot of surveillance camera. So since I just went out for one hour and their wasn't a lot of people into my room, I thought that we would have no problem to find who done that. But things didn't go as expected... The weird things about this hotel is that you can acces the hotel from behind, their is a back door who is open 24/24. So anyone could come into your room without anybody know about it. Also, when I went to the police station to make the report, the police officer triyed to call the reception to ask them if they could get the cctv recording ready so they can investifate. But their phone number you can find on internet and google map is a wrong one, so even the police officer could not contact the reception himself. This is to strange to be normal. I had been travelling all arround asia and this is the first time I see this. After that, i asked the recetion to get the cctv recorning ready for the police and they said they didnt have acces to it. They told me the person in charge of the cctv recording will come tomorrow morning. But then the morning after i asked them again, they told me he will comme tonight... Then i kept asking them every single day and they always keept telling me the same thing every day "he will come tomorrow morning" "he will come tonight" but the person in charge never came... They actually made me acces the cctv myself, so I had to watch a youtube video to learn how to see the recording to finally realize that THEIR CCTV ISNT EVEN RECORDING A SINGLE THING AT ALL! They got many camera all around and most of them are fake, they are just here to make you feel safe. The only one who are actually showing something on the screen are the one on the reception desk, and they are NOT EVEN RECORDING ANYTHING ! Now you are aware of this, this place is the perfect place if you want to steal people stuff, but it's the worse place if you want to have a safe and nice stay. If you are like me and forced to stay in this hotel because you don't want to pay for the cancellation fee, ask yourself if your valuable are not worth the cancellation fees...
