the receptionist confused despite the booking list is visible clearly so delayed check in.. only exterior of the hotel building is refurbished but interior is still old fashioned and definitely need a proper renovation.. common facilities but no toiletries, unavailable tv, poor water pressure, warm shower water, shower head partially broken, unchanged bedsheet with hair from previous guest stay, bitten by bedbugs within 10 mins on the bed thus unable to sleep at all.. receptionist uncontactable for a room exchange thus the tiring day totally ruined up until the next day need to pay for the medical charges.. at night the nearby pub sound surrounds by noisy people in the restaurant heard until late night, awaken by the monorail station announcement.. found roaches the next day crawling on the bed so absolutely & immediately need a pest control.. unexpected service level for kl sentral & unsatisfactory cleanliness.. only acceptable for the strategic location and only worth if booked with promo price..

從吉隆坡機場坐KLIA express到中央車站後，穿過NU商場，過天橋就到了，全程皆有扶手梯或升降機。飯店在青色線輕軌總站旁邊，方便極了。去中央市場，唐人街就只有幾個站。中央車站內有好幾條地鐵線，可以到達吉隆坡各區景點。
