What else do I need to say more? Ms Charlotte is the CHAMPION of the hotel and the team under her guidance has never failed to exceed the expectation. Despite early check-in, the room has been well prepared in advanced with a KLCC view - Although this time there isn't a chance to get a suite upgrade due to high occupancy though I am pleasantly happy with the extra pillow and towel as stated in my Marriott profile. Welcome letter and drink at JENN is provided upon check-in to show how attentive they are to their Elite guest! The only downside I have is the 1815 room shower drainage is pretty bad and probably need to get it checked. I am also very happy that during the weekend, the parking is only opened to the in-house guest only which help up with the crowd at the area for public parking. Many thanks for this and I look forward to be back again really soon!

Booked for birthday treat staycation for 2 nights. It is a new hotel with cool design. Love the interior worthy with nowadays classic trendy style. The location wise very good, convenient for café hopping in Petaling street area. Walking distance to nearest MRT station (Pasar Seni) around 3-5 minutes only. Upon arrival, even we had minor hiccup to go to the lobby (peak hours prior check in) but everything was great during check in process. The amiable staff Mr. Rashdan greeted us very enthusiastically and feeding us a lot of info regarding places of interest within hotel vicinity. He’s also gave us welcome gift for our child which is a very good touch. As the hotel is quite new so the room is so cozy, the bathroom is neat and clean provided with essential toiletries. We spent our first day outside Chinatown area. The hotel location is easy access to KL city. Took us around 8 mins drive to Bukit Bintang area but we had minor problem upon returning to hotel during night time. The Parking space if fully occupied luckily there is a helping hand by Mr. Luqman to resolve the problem swiftly. Breakfast was delightful we came early and the food was heavenly great. It is in buffet style and having varies of meal. The Ayam Kurma dish with nasi lemak is surprisingly flavorful. They also have kopitiam stall style and the ‘kopi tarik’ was amazing. While on the next day so surprised by the warm birthday wish from Mr. Luqman whom assists our breakfast table. We pleased by the exceptional service. Over all, it was a fantastic breakfast during our stay here. Advisable came early as to avoid crowd during peak hours. Another point to highlight, was the birthday cake surprised arranged by Mr. Rashdan and team that very thoughtful and leave a smile on our face. For the in-room dining we were so happy by pleasant service where they catered our request which not available on the menu. Kudos to the kitchen team as well. In general, this is the place that you have to stay if you are looking at a five-star facility with affordable price. Thank you and keep up the good works.

Stayed for a total of 10 nights at Four Points KL Chinatown, taking advantage of the PointSavers for Marriott Bonvoy members. Being a Category 1 property really offers attractive value proposition and I hope with the dynamic Award pricing next year, there won't be much difference with the current offering. Check in and check out was impeccable, thanks to a star named Rashdan at the Front Office. He even obliged to my request for city view room as well as asking for feedback on stay before leaving, something even the higher-tiered property doesn't even bother to ask anymore. Four Points is all about value, but at the same time putting a high standard when it comes to hospitality and services. In room dining was great, even at an unbeatable price. The nourish set meals, the breakfast bundles were a steal and of high-quality. Room was spacious and well-appointed, felt clean and new- thanks to the good housekeeping team who didn't cut short when it comes to room make-up. The concierge team at Ground Floor was always welcoming you back with their friendly greetings, even putting JW Marriott or Westin to shame. All in all, a solid choice right in the Chinatown area and upcoming trendy vicinity of the PNB 118.

A Very clean hotel and friendly staff. It does look like it is a very new hotel, so hasn't got worn down yet. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, shower room are good too. This was just my first night (21.10.21) stay, hope I’ll get surprised for my 2nd day stay😜but the attendant was very good at keeping everything clean and well stocked. Very convenient location.
