I had a delightful stay at this hotel in a vibrant local neighborhood. The area offers fantastic food options, from street stalls to local restaurants. The hotel's Malay cuisine was also a delightful surprise. The staff at the reception and restaurant were incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. This hotel was formally a Tune Hotel, which is part of Air Asia. It has now rebranded as the Chow Kit. We had a great time at this hotel for four nights. Close to the monorail station which can take you to other connection points so that you can catch trains all over KL. It was only two stops from Bukit Bintang which is kind of the nightlife area with tons of restaurants, upmarket and even standard level shopping malls. Check in staff were very friendly and efficient, as were the bar and restaurant staff. This hotel exudes a kind of quaint atmosphere, but we loved it and would not hesitate to stay there again. It was only about a 20 minute walk to Chinatown and Petaling Jaya markets also.

Had a short staycation with the family and we had a great stay. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, especially the nangka creme brulee. Great recommendations from the staff at the restaurant. The room was also very clean with a beautiful interior. Staff at the reception are also very friendly. Will definitely be back!

This unique picturesque hotel emits a quaint, relaxing and charming vibe from the very first moment you step in. Rooms are well appointment, clean and comfortable (although they can be rather small, typical of a boutique hotel). City view rooms offer stunning KL city views with monorail crossings. Parking is available on site. Alternatively KL monorail train station is just 2-3 minutes away by walk. Quill city mall, a big shopping centre is just steps away offering a huge variety of dining and shopping options. A true traveller’s paradise.

I scrolled for a place to stay for my business trip this time. I need a rest and deep sleep.. then I saw Ormond boutique hotel that caught my interest to try. Yes.. as per mentioned in most reviews.. truly recommended for travellers. But a few things I need to raise up ..bring along your toothbrush and toiletries.. thanks God I always bring mine. Others was excellent.

Stayed in August part of staycation in KL and the rooms are very well designed and comfy. Food is great as well esp the avocado toast in their breakfast selection. Tried the cocktails during evening time and it was very nice as well!

We organised a farewell at Momo's playground. The service provided by the team from the initial request for quotation to the execution of the event were really great. Our guests enjoyed the food served and commended on the cosiness of the event space. Carmen answered all our queries and accommodated all our requests. We would not hesitate organizing another event there again.

The hotel needs to work on cleanliness. I get that it’s a small hotel but you can’t relax on basic stuff like cleaning toilets properly. Our first room had a bathroom that smelled bad - I feel that could have been avoided. At least we were able to change rooms. Also it lacks amenities like a kettle in the room … the rooms are small and the TV doesn’t face the bed which is weird. Also can’t use the TV to watch Netflix or anything from my account because the apps haven’t been downloaded. That needs to be fixed. Overall it was a fair experience considering the price.
