We have been staying at the Parkroyal for years now and good to be back after COVID. Did notice that the rooms needed a desperate upgrade this time around - dirty curtains, stained couches etc... Was also disappointed by someone on the front desk who told us on New Years Eve that there would be no fireworks for 2023. We are from Sydney and the kids were so looking forward it, when the clock struck midnight we did hear fireworks and a number of them. This was quite upsetting that we were told the KL wouldn't be putting any on.
Great, comfortable and relaxing stay for a reasonable price. Definitely will come back. I was so exhausted by a flight delay and arrived here at Park Royal Service Suites at around 2am, but the receptionist’s warm welcome eased me so much. Also you have a great access to Bukit Bintang area, so what can you expect more?
a good stay, & close enough to the main Bkt Bintang stretch (10 mins walk). the breakfast hall is too small for peak crowds so a queue can form sometimes. 7-11 downstairs is convenient, or the beer place is great too. parking is covered, & seems secure/safe enough. the rooms facing the Petronas Twin Towers gives a cool view of the city, & the room being a suite is big enough to hold 2 single-size day beds between the main bed & the kitchen. as for the kitchen, yes, you have it all with cutleries, plates, bowls, cutleries, & pans.
Nice and spacious room. Please add more foods for breakfast. good location, free parking. would be better if provide kids pool too. Choose 18th floor and above for better view of KL city. Got 7 Eleven and near to the restaurants.
Good hotel. No lunch and dinner services. Good location. Reminded me a lot like india, including food. Visited batu caves. It was raining, but a good climb. Offered prayers to lord murgan . Street food was very good .
For a larger property this place is fantastic. Staff very personable and friendly especially Farhat? the Porter he was great and so helpful. Rooms are large and very clean and comfortable with amazing beds and bathrooms. We had a great view of the Petronas towers too! Loved the rooftop pool, which is huge and great for swimming laps. Hotel is in a great location close to lots of good bars and restaurants Would definitely stay here again when I’m KL. The water refill stations on each floor are great and I wish more hotels did this. Fantastic stay.
Very nice hotel in a central location. Apartments with microwave, refrigerator etc so extremely convenient. Raziman at the Front desk extremely warm and very helpful. Walking distance to bukit bintang, Pavillion mall. Will definitely be back.
Friendly reception staffs and doorperson. Great location. Walking distance to Pavillion shopping mall, Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor. However, don't have much variation on breakfast. Overall is good and definitely will come back again later.
This was my 4th time staying here and this round I brought my friend for staycation. Liked the location, opposite few nice cafes and if wanna go clubbing just few blocks away. Can take Grab to Pavillion and walking distance to Jalan Ah Lor so it's very convenient. Price is consider reasonable that's why I kept coming back, in 2 weeks time I'll be back again, this round with my 2 sisters.
Hotel is about 200m from the free GoKL bus stop (Wisma Boustead) (blue and purple line). Very close to shops on Bukit Bintang. I was on a high floor and I could hear the music from the bars in the area. It wasn't terrible, but it might affect some. I was able to use my credit card to hold the deposit and the tourist tax. I then paid the tourist tax in cash at check out. The pool on the roof is very nice. Good for lap swimming. Breakfast was good with nice selection. The hotel is closer to the Raja Chulan stop on Monorail Line 8 than it is to Bukit Bintang stop. The pillows are terrible. Way too soft. I didn't ask for harder pillows, but I should have. I stacked two together. Overall I was happy with this stay and would stay here again.
