Our 3rd stay at this hotel. It offers reasonable price for such a great location, facilities & experience. Self check in is an option but worthy due to sometimes long que at the counter. Room size is satisfactory for 2 persons. Will come back soon.

I would never stay this hotel ever . It was very uncomfortable to stay , as window could not be opened, ventilation syatem was not functioning, staffs was not helpful . Although I have signed for long terms . I had to check out early as inconvenience has been caused very negative effects on my viste and my work as well . It takes too long to get back a refunds as it is alrady 12days since they confirmed to refunds , but I am still waiting these funds to be credited. I would never recommend to stay nor I will never stay this Hotel .

The room is clean and comfort, air conditioning is cool, toilet is comfy. Acoustic treatment is good, low noise accountable. Bought package with breakfast included, despite choices are limited but taste quite good! Different menus for everyday throughout my 3 days stay. Keep up the work!

The hotel has allowed cooking in hotel room by guests. Shabby & it seems the smokes detractor in the room is not functional. How could it happened? The hotel room’s cleanliness had impacted as cooking is allowed in the room? There is a safety issue & what about the fire bring down the hotel ? The safety of the hotel guests? Pls imposed the stern action by immediate remove the guests who did not follow the hotel rules such as smoking in the room. Cooking in the room.

Front desk lady provided very good service. Staff nice & friendly. Satisfy those facilities. Good location - opposite building have convenience shop, food court, coffee shop. Room Air-Cond not cool enough - maintenance part need to improve Bed sheet have stain mark, I believe it was unremovable after laundry so make me feel uncomfortable. Hope next visit will see the improvement.

The way he talks and acts makes customer service seem so rude. Customers appear to require assistance, but they make rude excuses such as being busy, having a long wait, and so on. After checking in, there was no tower provided, so I had to call them to request one. That's a lot of work when you're exhausted.

My go-to whenever I need to stay in bangsar south, I always choose the Dreamer Studio - just nice space for solo, plenty light, mirror. If you plan to stay here bring your own toiletries - no toothbrush provided, but it’s available for purchase at front-desk. Towels provided but sometimes you’ll have to request from front-desk. Amazing view at night, black-out curtains in the room to block the lights out. For ironing you’ll need to go to their shared space, hence I always bring my own portable garment steamer. No bottled water provided, but they provide mugs, water jug and water station near the lift, unlimited supply of water. Bring your own tea/coffee and snacks, plenty of plug points and I’m sure there’s at least one for international plug. Parking at RM 5 per entry, cashless parking. Check-in and check-out is made easy via self at kiosk, if any assistance needed you can always head to front desk. All in all I think it’s worth the price, if you’re planning to stay over the weekend do book in advance as they’re almost always full 👌🏼

The hotel is very clean & offered nice view to Menara TM. The hotel staff is helpful however somehow you need to use self check-in kiosk which is not so intuitive. The screen is hard to register input.
