On 6/5 I have the assignment in Kuala Lumpur. City Park Hotel is located in Chow Kit was my choice to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Although its location is quite hidden from the main road, but it is still a low-budget hotel that gives comfort to the guests who come. I made reservations with room rates RM104.40 per night. I feel it is a reasonable price. Check in process went well. I was given a room with two beds are very comfortable, after I endured the long journey. Air conditioning works well. Television quite a bit behind the times, as many hotels have installed flat screen televisions. Shower water heater did not work in my room stay. But there is still a window for me to see the outside once in a while. Free wifi is provided by the hotel, but the duration and the speed is quite annoying me! The lift to the room was quite slow and very sentimental. Many restaurants and food shops in the area surrounding the hotel. You can enjoy dinner against a backdrop of KLCC and KL Tower.

The lodging itself was spacious, well-kept, and tastefully furnished, making it a comfortable haven after a tiring day of sightseeing. The incredibly comfortable bed allowed for a restful night's sleep. Overall, my stay at Hotel 28 Chow Kit was fantastic. Great! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. It’s also located close to public transport, which made it easy to get around the city. I’d definitely stay here again!

The staff was really helpful and pleasant when I arrived. Check-in happened quickly. Good location as well; it's simple to locate food. Above all, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was immaculate. When I try to ask a question of the employees, they respond quite quickly. Excellent experience; I'll return the following time.

I can put up with some pretty poor conditions but this is the first place I've found that I would say pushed my limits. I would compare it to a Vegas truck stop motel. Stunk of smoke, Found bed bugs in first room, moved to another room with hair all through sheets, then another last option with bed bugs everywhere. Settled on the dirty sheets with hair, at least they don't bite...

I was well-informed that it was a budget hotel. But budget doesn't mean it has to create a nightmarish experience for the guests.The room is freakingly small. It has no space at all to the extent the wardrobe has to be attached to the wall and positioned slightly above the bed.There's a slight chance you might get your forehead hit the bottom part of the wardrobe when waking up if you're not careful. By the way, the bathroom is not pristine. There's no eatery at the hotel and the nearest one is the Mamak restaurant next to it. If anyone wants to visit KL, this is not the hotel tha I would suggest.

one of the front office receptionist who i assume was probably had a bad day acted kinda pissed off when my daughter asked for her room key. she gave us the wrong room key and we corrected her. however the way she attended us was kinda pissed. i really just thought that she had a bad day though. i love everything about this hotel though. i would've gave you 5 but the receptionist kinda ruin it.
