Detailed Reviews
Our stay, although only the 1 night started badly from the moment we arrived. We discovered the hotel has no reception in the lobby. I was instructed to message the host & he would come & meet & greet us. After being kept waiting for 35 minutes I messaged again asking if this is normal & got a reply "it is for us" then I suggested they shouldn't keep guests waiting to which I received another reply of "it's called queue, not waiting. I then received a message from a different number who then presented himself to my wife & I which my wife said to her surprise he had been sitting outside opposite her for the past 20 minutes.
He then showed us to our room which we found very spacious & quite comfortable. We were then asked for payment which I produced my credit card only to be told cards were not accepted, only cash. Having just flown in from Thailand we were not carrying a lot of local currency on us. What hotel in a large bustling city does not offer credit card facilities. This was a first for us. I then had to proceed in trying to find a nearby ATM without luck. I received numerous messages & calls from the gentleman with him even coming to our room at 10.30pm to collect payment which at this time I explained I hadn't found any so would have to make payment next morning. This is totally unacceptable.
The room itself although nice lacked basic amenities which included no soap in the bathroom, only a half roll of toilet tissue which I had to go & buy extra, no bath mat or hand towels, tea or coffee facilities, a TV with no working channels tuned in. Overall our stay was disappointing & I probably wouldn't consider staying here again unless these issues were addressed.

We had a lovely stay at Opus! The staff was amazing and really friendly. Location is wonderful and the view is one of the best you can get in KL. From the rooftop you can see the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the front and the quietness of the nature in the back.
It's a short walk (2-3 min) to the metro station and about a 15-20 min walk to Bukit Bintang (3-5 by metro).
In about 5 min you can walk to Petaling Street, with a lot of nice restaurants on the way there (we recommend exploring the streets as there are many hidden gems around Petaling Street).
The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. Bathrooms are very spacious as well with a big shower head at a good height (a problem we encountered many times during our travels).
We stayed for 3 months and had the best time here. We are definitely staying at Opus again the next time we are visiting KL!

This is a good location near a monorail station providing direct access into the centre of KL. Its also a reasonable walking distance to the Petaling street area.
The hotel is right opposite the new Merdeka 118 skyscraper which looks beautiful and will be open later this year. That will make these residences even more popular and attractive. At the moment there is not a lot (including restaurants) in very close walking distance from the location. We found a seven eleven and nice mamak shop close by, for breakfast with roti cinai.
We had a three bedroom apartment which was spacious and well equipped. We chose three bedrooms because they face towards the city and the view was spectacular.
The residences have two great pools, a nice gym, little playgrounds and a rooftop area. Staff were helpful, thankyou Sherrie and Vicki.
It was very good value and we would certainly stay again.!!

My stay at Opus Residence from October 23rd to October 29th was an exceptional experience in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The residence's strategic location ensured effortless access to the city's attractions, dining, and cultural hubs, such as the KL Chinatown, KL 118 , Bukit bintang and KLCC.
The accommodation itself exuded modern luxury. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, offering stunning cityscape views. What set Opus Residence apart was its seamless fusion of the city's vibrancy with a serene retreat, catering perfectly to both business and leisure travelers.
It's important to note that various operators run within the building. However, the official Opus Hospitality team manages the check-in counter and daily services, ensuring a standard of excellence. Their staff's warm professionalism significantly enhanced my stay.
I Will definitely come back to stay here for my next trip.

I do not recommend. I needed a change of address for the same accommodation with the same OPUS company. I made a second booking and paid, I was assured that the first amount would be refunded. However, once it was all over, Opus stopped communicating and kept both amounts. I really don't recommend it. I will live elsewhere on my next business trip.

This business is a scam! We booked through Booking.com for a 3 bedroom 2bathroom flat and was told to pay cash on arrival. When we arrived, we were told that the 3 bedrooms flat no longer exists but we never received any cancellations. We were told to pay the same amount for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom room flat. The flat was very badly equipped and filthy. It is a scam to attract people to book a bigger flat but then offer a smaller one on arrival when they are stuck! Do not book with them because it will ruin your holiday!

Out of town but monorail easy 2 minute walk. Chinatown can be walked to across overpass about 10 mins walk.
Beautiful Thai restaurant on next block Happy Thai .
Traffic noise a bit loud but we slept really well

What a great Location with fantastic views. Staff was so helpful. The property we had was very large and clean. It included minibar and other smaller things to make our stay a nice one. Infinity Pool was great with glorious views!!!
This is closer to MRT station though 'Grab' is the best option to travel around for a family.
Closer (walking distance) to Petaling Street Market with endless street food options.
Only not to be aware is 'Cash Only' deposit to be paid at check-in. It would be nice if the deposit can be paid by cards too. We definitely stay here again

it was very disappointing and horrifying stay.
first, the property was not clean enough and i can see a pile of dusts everywhere. broken/chipped cups and plates. i don' know how they clean it or maintain it but yes it is not what i expected. it feels like nobody opened the unit for years. second, the faulty elevator but luckily, the security was helpful and honest to tell us that the specific elevator, our floor number button is faulty.
third and the most, the fire alarm was on in the middle of the night and everyone from other units came out. i had to call the fire station as there was no one who answered my call from the front desk. no one came and inform us anything. later found out that it was not fire but rather they were investigating a bomb in the building. like SERIOUSLY.?!
i am not recommending and never will i ever get back to this place.
