Stayed here for 4 nights.. nothing like a luxury hotel.. needs a renovation.. but the location is very good.. opposite of pavilion shopping mall and connected to it by an underpass. Very good for staying with kids.. will surely come back!
The services are poor for a 4-star apartment hotel.
1. Reception service is very rude except the 2 old guys (assistants) whom is very informative and friendly.
2. Yo, laundry is expensive. It uses token (1 token = RM25) washer/dryer. So make sure you have...More
Clearly as per my title, this hotel is located at the heart of Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur, walking distance to the famous Pavilion Mall, food street at Jalan Alor, monorail station and soon to have the underground MRT.

For those who are not too fussy about frills for the price you may find it ok and it is better than hostel because you have two rooms but one shared toilet, a kitchenette where you can cook and a fridge with a living room and a dinner table and is spacious. It is value for money if you go with family and or friend. Overall i can say it is not for someone who is used to stay a three-star hotel. You have to equip yourself with toiletries. If you on a tight budget this place should be fine but not worse. Enjoy and experience it. They have a swimming pool which is an added plus compared with budget and hostel.
