Located on Level 5 of a shopping centre - enter near the pedestrian bridge over the road. There is a bank of elevators inside on the left, which can be accessed via the shops or via the laneway to the left of the building (good for after-hours). The rooms here are very basic, but they are clean, the bed linen is quite nice and it is great value at around MYR100/night. The air conditioning works nicely (thank goodness in this weather!). It took a bit of thinking to get the shower working. I could hear my neighbours in the next room (they spoke pretty loud), but it was fine during sleeping hours. The location is pretty good for accessing markets, but it is a bit of a walk from the train station.

The room was spacious, closed to different tourist spots which we like. Tons of restaurants near the hotel. However, the Indian staff was very rude and lied to us several times. Wasn't friendly and doesn't seem to care. We asked several if there's an available room cause we are planning to extend and she immidiately said that there was no room available, without even looking on the computer. We talked to the other recptionist and was able to help booked another room. We asked why she lied and was giving me so many excuses which is kinda iritating. We read so many comments about her and i tried giving her the benefit of the doubt but all she does was lie and making some of the guest feel frustrated. The worst receptionist ever. We asked for them to clean the room, but they folded tge sheets, changed the towel but not replaced tge toiletries nor properly cleaned the floor and the bathroom.

Hotel is newly opened. Booked the family room with 2x double bed for 1 night stay on 24 Jun 2022 without much expectation for the price. However was wow-ed by the overall experience. So much that I immediately made another booking for family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds for 25-26 Jun. What can I said? Great location, kota Raya shopping centre is right below, with a 24-hours Texas Chicken outlet (it doesn’t seems to be 24 hours during our stay tho), petaling street is right across the road, the famous Lala Bee Hoon is a mere 2-3 mins walk to the right of the hotel, between 2 mrt n lrt station, 3-5 mins walk to sental market, guardian, Watson and big pharmacy are a street away, nice clean and very spacious room, stayed in both the family room with 2x double beds and 1 double bed with 2 single beds. The former is better although smaller as there are rack for us to hang our clothes n towels while the latter room does not have any where we can hang our clothes n towels except in the toilets. Desk staff - especially the cute day guy is very friendly and nice. They are an asset to the hotel. Could see the effort by the management in the hotel. The shampoo n shower cream provided also smell great although they don’t really lather as well. Parking is convenient and safe compared to other hotels at the same price range. There is plenty of parking with a security guy to watch over the cars at night. However, parking cost rm10 One thing - the toilet are frosted panel instead of wall, so be mindful not to stand too near the “walls” and door of the toilet if not staying with significant others or close family.

Brand new hotel in the heart of KL! Very clean and stylish concept with good 24hrs security. Secured parking available for those who drives. Location is perfect. Easily accessible to all attractions and hip cafes & bars in Chinatown, Central Market, Merdeka Square, etc....room is very generous in space and ensuite bathroom is pretty impressive with option of rainshower and complete bath amenities. Self-service laundry is also available. At this price point, great value!

Hotel is new. Walking distance to Chinatown and Central Market to get souvenirs, paintongs and arts. Near to Plaza Rakyat LRT Station and Pasar Seni MRT Station. Can go for cafe hopping. Recommended the Heritage Walk to tour around as you admire the old building architecture and history.

Felt exhausted and tired after the long CMCO, my husband I decided to get out of the house and have a staycation within KL as we didn’t want to travel far. Saw the new opening hotel Ad on facebook and we decided to give it a try. Just a short walk to Chinatown aka Petaling Street. We got a spacious and comfy room for only RM78 and they have in house launderette services & dryer machine. This hotel is strategically located, we could walk around so many interesting places nearby the hotel. This is fabulous, we didn’t expect to get to enjoy KL so much just Jalan-jalan, shop and enjoy the eateries at China Town, Masjid Jamek & Central Market. It is an excellent staycation and we will surely recommend Aces Hotel Kuala Lumpur to our friends.
