the good: location is not too busy thus there are ample parking space, next to an eatery, the room is quite comfortable along with the deco, aircond is cold, coffee, kettle and hairdryer provided in the room the bad: there were some ants on the dressing table that kept coming from nowhere, the watercloset is a bit old or faulty and makes loud noises and leaks when i flush overall, it was a great stay and i would return to this hotel for a rest if i need it sometime in the future

Beautiful and cosy hotel. Friendly receptionist and attentive staff. Strict SOP adhere and implemented throughout the stay. Good location for visitors who are visiting Batu Caves/KL City Centre. Ample parking too! Thank you Aaron & Rachel (A&R Urban Hotel). Looking forward to A&R Boutique Hotel soon!
