They advertise "quality stays", but don't be fooled. Just look at the photos. They annoyed me before I even arrived. When I booked it said that I wouldn't pay before I arrived. But they took money off my card several days before without my permission. When I arrived the guy in the reception didn't say hello. He just said "give...

Booked this hotel for our first 2 nights in Malaysia. Firstly it was dead easy to find, a couple of metro trains and it's just down the street. Location was great for walks into central KL and in close proximity to many different eating establishments. Room was pretty small. The bed was fairly clean and comfy. The floor however was...

Excellent location to start all activities like sightseeing, shopping, dining and entertainment. Easy access from airport by cheap but good shuttle bus. Only 100 m from LRT Metro station. Comfortable room, clean with good water pressure and very silent and efficient AC. The staff is awsome, very helpful and friendly. Excellent service and value for the money. I will be...

We stayed here for a few nights and for the price we paid it was perfect. We are backpackers and paid £8 per night between us for a private room with a shared bathroom. The bathrooms aren't very clean and are usually busy. However, the bed was comfortable, good air-conditioning and staff are helpful. The WiFi is the best WiFi...

It's a good place, quiet. You have breakfast and good wifi. That's not a Hotel five start but it's ok. I didn't fund other place most cheap. Do you have really near beautiful market and cheap food. Remember use the public transport. It's amazing and free.

Low-budget small hotel in a good location, near Time Square and tlcc. Nearby are many restaurants, shops, public transport. Internet available in the rooms. Rooms very average standard. Microscopic bathroom. Unfortunately, as in most of these hotels in Malaysia you can meet insects ... One of my last ustepst to spend the night in the low-budget hotel..

I would say you get what you pay for. My room was very cheap and so I do not complain. Not a fancy place at all but for one night it was all right. Location is good, internet connection was good. My room did not have a window and was right behind the reception. so if you can, choose another...

Arrived, checked in and trailed up to the third floor with suitcases. We immediately saw a trail of ants going straight along the wall. Asked reception to change rooms and they gladly did, apologetically. The only problem was the second room had no window- but no ants in the room or shared bathroom. Pretty basic room. All you've got is...

Look, it is what it is. Stayed in the budget room. You get what you pay for. PROS - Strong free wifi, AC room, good location. CONS - In desperate need of refurbishment, shared bathroom facilities, BASIC room, perhaps a little dirty. If you're on a budget it's sound! If you've got spare cash, go elsewhere.
