Room was clean and air-conditioned. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Location is great, lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast is quite simple, but okay. Overall it's great value for money. Would recommend!

Good small hostel located about 10 minute walk from the twin towers. A single room cost me just 18 USD per night so its really good price. The breakfast was good one with some fruit, toast, cereals and coffee/tea but its okey for my part. staff were very friendly and helpful with a lot of recommendations. All in all, for the price your paying, its a good hostel.

This hotel has a good situation not fare from bukit bintang station and raja chulan station. Clean, nice decoration. Breakfast is simple but nice with cereals, toasts and jam, tea or coffee. We had a room with AC on the 3rd floor with a separate but private bathroom, quiet for around 100 MYR per night. We recommend this place.

The location is very convinient, walking distance from restaurants, the petronas and shopping centers. The room was good size but no window and no toiletries. Walls are thin so, depending on your fellow guests timetable can be a bit noisy. Internet in the room worked intermitently, so I ended up in the lounge most nights.

A very friendly and well manage guesthouse - staffs are helpful, facilities are sufficient inc simple breakfast, kitchen with hot water and free coffee and chocolate make, fast internet. Room - cleaniness is acceptable, aircon works well. However any sound from outside room could hear loudly, especially ppl opening, closing and locking the door, and music. I had difficulty to sleep for the first night. Location is a at the border of central business district, pay attention on safety while walking around the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Orange Pekoe, the location is really good, a lot of restaurants around, walking distance from Bukit Bintang and Petronas Towers, monorail and free GoKL bus(purple and blue lines) stations are just nearby. For those who likes to party there are also a lot of bars in the area, including the rooftop Heli Lounge Bar in Menara KH building, where you can enjoy panoramic view of the city. Personnel in the guesthouse is really friendly, we arrived much earlier the check-in time, and got the room just maybe an hour later. Also on our last day of stay our flight was pretty late, and they saved a couple of towels for us so we could take a shower after the whole day sightseeing. I stayed here for 4 nights recently. I chose it because of both the good reviews on here and the neighborhood that it's in. I chose not to return when I was back in KL a few days later. This place gets two stars SOLELY because of the receptionist called Jamaica. She's a delight, very helpful and smiley. The other female receptionist rarely looked up from her phone, never smiled, was unhelpful beyond belief. Her attitude was such that the hotel was a very unwelcoming place to come back to. The breakfast was adequate, (toast) the room was clean. No drinking water or toiletries were provided. There's lots of hotels in this price range in this neighborhood and Orange Pekoe needs to have more Jamaicas if they want more return guests!

Stayed here for four nights. Although the place is hard to spot once you arrive, once you get inside it is a very welcoming guesthouse. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable with fresh towels every day. The breakfast was fab. Just what you need and everything was brilliantly set up and easy to access. Only a ten minute walk from pavillion shopping centre amongst other things. Only downside for me was the fact that the bathroom was a wet room. But that's personal preference!

We loved the staff, location and cleanliness of this guesthouse. Very helpful and sincere, the staff helped us with directions, transportation, and when an arranged city tour didn't go quite as planned they went to bat for us and refunded most of our money. And the location just can't be beat; very safe, and just minutes from Jalan Alor and some of the best restaurants in the city. We did notice the outside street noise on our first night, but we soon got used to it and subsequently had some great sleeps. Air con and WiFi were great, b'fast was simple but all you could eat and available pretty much whenever you wanted. Excellent value in the heart of KL.
