This is a budget hotel but exceeded my expectations. It had air con, en-suite bathroom with powerful shower and toiletries supplied, big towels, comfortable bed and breakfast included. Plus there was free cake on arrival.
The lift scared me because of the exposed walls and the signs advising you to stay away from the walls.

This is a beautiful hotel with long trees inside it and lounge style seating next to the trees. The check in is very fast and we are given a room on the 3 rd floor. The lift ride is nice as you can see the beautiful garden.

Now coming to the room there is no bed, instead what you have is a huge mattress on the elevated area of the room. The toiletries provided are of nice quality and the bathroom despite being small is good enough.

After confirming my booking, I drove all the way from SG to KL to just hear them saying "Sorry, we don't find any reservation in your name". They had promised me about reserving two deluxe rooms and noted down my IC details but to no avail.

I'd never go for this poor service again. Neither would I recommend to anyone. They've wasted couple of hours of my trip.

We stayed at this hotel in between flights from 8 am to 8 pm. No problems checking in and out at these times. It took about 45 min form KLIA. Slept the first half of the day and then went "exploring" a few roads of KL. We could hear everybody passing our door but I was so tired after a long flight that I slept easily in the comfy bed.The room was small but had all necessary essentials and I just loved the trees and atmosphere of the atrium. Room and bathroom were clean (some mould smell maybe and a some black on the wall below the wash basin).
Relaxation music was quietly humming while we were reading and eating in the green atrium and having a coffee from the lobby. Unfortunately others started smoking at the next table.
Ground floor rooms open directly into the Atrium which I found lovely to use and threfore would advise to book ground floor although everybody will walk past your door.
The staff and service were outstanding. The room was cleaned and beds were made with fresh sheets while we were away for a few hours.
Wifi was available in lobby.
Location is not central but only 5 min walk from light train station which is easily used to connect to the city. This walk is smelly (sewage), noisy and you certainly have to pay attention when crossing roads.
Would happily go there again and can recommend it as an excellent value for money.

I stayed 4 nights in the V Garden Hotel - i booked the deluxe room. The hotel is pretty new and has modern touch with cool wall design The rooms are basic, clean with a nice design touch. Bathrooms are modern and everything, including WIFI works very well. The size of the rooms is rather small (the deluxe room , which is the largest, is 16 m2) but the bed is very comfortable. There are no cupboards in the room, just a rail with some hangers on it. So i did not unpack all my luggage. Rooms were cleaned perfectly every day and nice fresh bed linen !

The location is a total of 20 minutes outside the city centre of KL (including walking to train). Nearest train station (LRT) is Maluri - only takes 5 minutes walk (turn left when outside the hotel and just walk straight ahead until you reach the walking bridge). The area is not very nice though, but i did feel safe all the time so it was not a problem.

Nicest thing about the hotel is the staff - the ladies at reception were extremely helpfull and friendly , i had nice coffees (50 cents a cup), they printed my flight tickets, provided tourist information, organized my taxis , all perfectly well organized. The guys at the night reception were also very nice and professional.

If I return to Kuala Lumpur, I will return to this hotel - if you want to stay in the centre, you pay 3 times the price or you end up in some old, shabby hotel in Chinatown. So if you like a modern , clean hotel, book a room at the V Garden Hotel !

One more tip : make sure you book Deluxe rooms, the other types are very small for European / American standards , especially if you are a couple. Enjoy !

Very clean hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms, though rooms are not that big. Enjoyed our stay here with friendly and helpful staff. Only improvement I would suggest is to have a toiletry shelf in the bathroom.

Just spent one night in KL between two flights and can confirm that this lovely and nice hotel is perfect for people in search of something different from another hotels.
You feel like at your home, nice lounge where you can use their own laptop, rooms are comfy, clean a bit small maybe but who cares? if you are in KL it is not to stay in your room right??
Staff are just GREAT, a big thanks to Samantha, Paul and all the rest of the team including the Hotel Manager who makes you feel so good there.
Wi fi is good too as well enough TV channels.
Will be back for sure.
Not so far from the city center and many proposed possibilities.

We had a great stay here, the room was quiet which we really appreciated. Clean and the staff were lovely, really helpful. The hotel is reasonably situated to catch the train to see the sights and there is a selection of local restaurants that serve mouth watering food.

Hi Greetings from V Garden Hotel. For the parking ,we only has 2 spots for 2 car only. Due to limited space ,it's first come first serve basic . But there is a open air car park space near v garden hotel . Per entry Rm 5 during day time and Rm 10 during night time.

The usual check out time is 12 afternoon. But you can request for a late check out. Unsure about the timing though.
Answer from Marv

I got a grab taxi (which the hotel arranged for me) for around 70-80 RM from the hotel to the airport. If you take the KLIA Express from the airport to the Sentral Station, you can get an Uber to the V Garden Hotel for around 14 RM. I'm sure Grab Taxi is similar. I took an Uber from the hotel to the Batu Caves for around 35-40 RM and it took about 45 minutes. It'll take longer if the traffic is bad since it's on the other side of the city. The hotel is very helpful regarding checkout times. On our last day we checked out before 4 am because we had an early flight to catch. I'm unsure about early check ins, however. Hope this helps!
