He is so professional and with good attitude 😀 Front desk staffs are well trained by Ms Azian! 😀 great job 😍 Room is very clean and I feel like a second home over there. Breakfast had improved a lot! Thanks to the amazing chef and all the foreign workers! All the foreign workers are well trained too! Can’t wait to come back again in the future . Simple and modern set up. We arrived at 7pm after having long queue at immigration and long drive from airport. Duty Manager ( can’t remember her name ) so polite and accomodating as well as welcoming and Front Office Manager has time to meet on my arrival. Whats the surprise…she greet us. Breakfast was nice and its cost RM 60 for 2 person and its worth it… thank you Fairfield Kuala Lumpur :)

I had an enjoyable one night stay here. The rooms are new but very small. The bathroom isn't enclosed so you'd want to know who you're traveling with before you check in. Other than that, it was squeaky clean and modern. The gym was OK too. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good, with great coffee and a wide enough selection of food. There was even fresh juice. And capped off with gorgeous views of the twin towers. The surrounding area is an interesting corner of KL, with bustling shops and good mamak food options. Try Khans charcoal bbq just nearby for wonderful Pakistani food for next to nicks. All in all, I was quite impressed with this place and would stay again.

The management couldn't care less by charging almost 300-400rm per night but the food breakfast was horrendous and smell like rubbish. I am reminding all marriott bonvoy members especially titanium and platinum to -stay away from this hotel at all cost as it dont have any good reasons to stay. - no upgrade at all as they close the system informing fully book almost every weekend. Breakfast lesung (your worst nightmare) -The staff at lesung for breakfast hired foreigner and Bangladesh that dont know how to cook egg. -mee hoon already stale (Milan cook egg, Amrit staff kitchen) - reduce no more fresh juice and the food spread more like 2 star hotels or nobody Seriously this place is a rip off for all Marriott property and the staff dont even try to rectify the issue. Please dont even book or stay here if u want to be ripoff by their brand associated with Marriott to have quality but no.

Disclaimer: By no means this is a bad hotel. I gave it 1 star because I barely slept. Pros: 1. Being a platinum member, they upgraded me to the deluxe room with free breakfast. 2. Room is new and clean. It’s simple and effective. The room has a large lounger, king bed, 1 coffee table, 1 work desk, bed has 2 USB holes and a plug. Bathroom has 2 sinks and a nice view of Petronas tower. 3. Customer service is nice and accommodating. 4. 3-5mins walk from Chow Kit Monorail Station Cons: 1. Noise. This is the reason I gave it a one star. The soundproofing of the rooms is horrible. So noise from the corridors, opening and closing of doors, even slippers flip flapping is audible . On Fri, Sat and Sun, there are illegal racing of motorcycles on the road outside of the hotel from 12am till up to 4am. Good luck sleeping to the exhaust, engines sound of the motorcycleS. I barely slept. So I went to request for a change of room ie downgrade to the one that doesn’t face the road and located at the corner of the floor. Customer service nicely adhered to the request. It’s slightly better but road noises is still audible for light sleepers. And the air con in the room made swirling sounds such that I have to turn it off. Conclusion: not for light sleepers. If you are a heavy sleeper, then this hotel is great for you. It’s value for money, it’s new and the room amenities are nice.

Room is modern clean and nice for it's price. There is no parking at the building but that is not a big issue. The worst thing about this property is it's staff. They are all not adequately trained to make customers feel welcomed. They do not know how to handle problems or provide solutions to any issues that you may be facing during your stay.

Bring your own cutleries if you’re staying with them! They are charging RM10 for a set of one-time use plastic cutleries. Hotel said they only provide metal cutleries for free if you order their in-room dining. But the in room dining closes at 11pm. Not sure why is this being implemented. This should be part of the basic hotel amenities provided. Disappointed!

New hotel opened in Dec 2021 located ~2km from KLCC. Very clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. Some noise from road at night but not a major issue. Grab is best option for getting around city. Hotel is halal so restaurant does not serve alcohol for those guests who drink. Well priced and easy access to central areas if more central hotels are more expensive.

Nice stay, maybe we will come back. I like most of the aminities provided, even the towel is more plush than marriot putrajaya. Just wish the room size is bigger but it is ok for 1 or 2 night stay. My bon voy membership is not regcognize here, the room is not upgraded.

Happy that i choose Fairfield hotel for my short vacation for 2nights, luckily i have a high floor room with nice view is facing Chow kit Lrt and able to see twin tower fr the room window, very convenient location. The room design is good and functionable, everything is new even the bed linen, two tumb up for glass water bottle, i love it!! Small gym but is enough for normal work out, they even have a laundry room provided. Special highlight to housekeeping staff that provided of my requested and keep the room clean, even give extra water and towel. And every security staff that always greeting me and my friend when we comeback OR go out from the hotel, is make us feel like home! 💪 Thanks Mr Zamani to given a smooth check out as well, he is polite and professional, and concern our staying experience as well. Glad to staying here during my trip, definitely will comeback next time!
