Hotel's Favourite
Loving everything about this new, modern and stylish hotel. From the smooth check in process by Ms Mandy, and we were greet by the friendly Chief Concierge, Mr Shazlin. We booked the Studio Deluxe King and the room is lovely. Comfortable bed, nice shower room and neat panty were provided in the room. The breakfast was good, and thanks to Mr Zizi, the staff at Den who were assisting us during our breakfast. Their pool was great, they also got a dobby and not to forget their huge and amazing gym. Its worth every penny to spend at this property. Will look forward to come back again.

the hotel staff fail to help me put my breast milk to freezer which they promise to do so.PLS take note if you r breastfeeding mummy. the first day check in they mention can help me put my breastmilk and ice pack to freezer however when next day check out we check all the breastmilk is still in liquid form. it is wasted for the precious breastmilk

The location of this hotel is right across Pavilion Bukit Bintang. The Bukit Bintang monorail is just a 7-10 min walk from the hotel. Checking in was fast and the staff is very friendly and approachable. The room was clean and spacious. They even set up a love goose towel as we are celebrating our anniversary. I would very much recommended especially for couples, individuals and families.

Great hotel and team, the hotel is central to many places of interest and shopping. Catch the KL express train to Sentral station ( Purchase tickets online or at the kiosk when you arrive or at the entrance gate to the train) and then a cab to the hotel ) about 30min from airport to Sentral, or the slower way by car to the city. The hotel is modern and rooms comfortable with usb charging ports. room safe and ironing facilities. A convenient self-serve laundry is available also, the roof swimming pool has great views. The new Pavillion mall is a short walk , so is the nest for hawker food or times square where they have an indoor theme park. The concierge team are very friendly and will help with any queries you have.

Have to improve the dining experience. Please improve the food selections and quality. Many items are low quality just to fill the stomach of the guests. Although kids are difficult to control a certain of requests must be made to the parents to restrain their noisy kids.
