at last we found a really nice and good hotel to stay in KL room is big and clean all the staff is great. especially Iyan (bellboy) which is helpful to us since we are arrive till we check out absolutely will stay here again next time we visit KL

All were done perfectly ok from booking, arrival to departure. Foods are just heaven at the Amaya for breakfast & lunch plus the free flow coffee for the seminar. Staff are very understanding, proactive and smile all the time.

Booked 2 nights of stay at this hotel for our anniversary. Actually we wanted to book at one of the hotel within mid valley megamall for the convenience. Nevertheless, we did not regret at all as the walk from the hotel to the mall is merely just a 5-8mins across the sheltered link bridge and walkway. Infact the hotel has its exclusive parking for the hotel guest and will not be parked together with the rest of the shoppers which can be extremely congested at the mall carpark. I wouldnt want to say any more just book and stay at this hotel to experience for yourself.

Housekeeping response time too slow, i requested for towel exchange since early morning and being told the department open at 9am. I didnt notice this hotel doesn't have 24 hours housekeeping, anyway, i called again after 9am, operator said they had sent the request, wait until 10am, still not getting my towel, call again, operator said she will check and call me back in 2-3 minutes, 30 minutes passed, i call again then she said they are on their way send the towel and other request one by one, until nearly 11am, then i only received my towel. I was wasting my time waiting for my towel to have shower before check out. I'm wondering still what took them so long to send it to me, and didn't give me update which she promised she will call me back and update me.

Walking distance to The Gardens, Mid Valley Shopping Mall and train station. Traffic is not as bad as going to Mid Valley area. Swimming pool is abit cold even though it was a hot day. Although we see some construction sites, it was not noisy. Service providers are friendly.

We were greeted with friendly staff the moment we arrived. The manager kindly upgraded our room as we looked tired as our room was not ready then. The room was spacious with modern fittings. Location is good and within walking distance to Mid Valley mall. Easy to grab from hotel too.
