Amazon rooftop pool views exactly like the pics! It is a serviced hotel apartment so do not expect hotel like service. Location is absolutely fab, bang in the center of town The hosts are fairly helpful and try to fix your problems e.g. when I had a problem with the AC for example Only con I would say is that even though the pics always have the twin tower view from the room on booking.com, it doesn’t mean you are going to gt this exact same view! Obviously breakfast is not included but just order some via grab and you are fine! Suria KLL mall / Twin towers within 4-5 min walking distance so this is a great location, the entrance is just on the side of the W KLCC!

Young lady at the lobby is very rude. We were having troubles using the elevator at our check in and we asked for her help. To which she rudely replied "it's not my job to do this". Clearly not the welcome you would expect

When I arrived they do check in smoothly with big welcome and the room view is directly to klcc amazing photo i love the pool and my friend like the restaurant and breakfast there but i didn't try tgey have spa with extra charges and just 2 minutes walk to twin towers

Nice location with easy access to monorail and grab taxis. Apartment was clean and spacious. Views from the pool are fantastic and the gym and relaxing area inside the gym are lovely with amazing views across the city. Check in and out was easy. Workers are perfectly nice and helpful. Rooms are veru big and beautiful. Location is also nice. Apart from that, everything is clean and comfortable. I would stay there again when visiting KL.

this is my first time to kuala lumpur and i arrived late at night and was very tired, and wanted to stay at tropicana because it looks good, but it's a shame in terms of service it's very inadequate, very minimal staff, there is only security who doesn't know nothing, and did not provide a solution when we wanted to stay, even though we had ordered and already paid but the system was very difficult coupled with the staff on duty not very smart

It was a smart home but the host gives you every detail instructions through short video clip, make sure u go through the video to be well versed in operating everything inside the room. This is one of the best you can ever stay. I felt like I was living in my own house.

very helpful and fast-answering staff, I like communicating by whatsapp instead of e-mail - bathroom appliances, towels, 2 bottles of water provided - beautiful lobby - really beautiful and comfortable apartment with everything you may need - access to the gym and swimming pool with a beautiful view - good location with everything around near the apartments

The KLCC towers view from the 53rd floor is mind blowing. The rooms are well equipped, maintained and the furniture is unique. Amazing service by Crown Suites staff they are really helpful and friendly. 12th floor you can find one of the best bars in Kuala Lumpur, serviced a delicious meals and lovely cocktails.
