I really don't understand the current trend of glass walled bathrooms in hotels and this place is no exception. That aside, the bed is comfortable with the usual amenities except there is no iron and board in the room, you have to request for one and be prepared to wait a long time. The temp control system will not allow you to go lower than 23C even after setting it to 18C, which I found annoying. Breakfast was good but nothing to write home about, with the biggest sin being the disgusting instant coffee served. Just remember to ask them to brew you a proper coffee from the espresso machine. The coffee house is closed at 10pm and only room service is available, there is nothing near-by. Purchased a sandwich from the poolside bar and to my surprise later that my debit card was charged 4 times. Had to get the bank to rectify it. The pool is the best feature of the hotel. Chanced upon this hotel early in November and realised they are a pretty new property. Absolutely fell in love with the concept and the photos looks exactly as they are in real life! Stayed in Superior Room and upgraded my stay to an Executive Suite on my last 2 nights - no regrets!!! The Executive Suite is a MUST TRY!! Spacious room, amazing bathtub, great view! Location is excellent as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of KLCC and Bukit Bintang but they’re only a 10-15 mins drive away! The breakfast has the most variety of food available amongst the hotels I’ve stayed in KL! Definitely a must to have breakfast at the property. Amenities are great for families! They have pools with slides, also a kids’ club that has an indoor playground for kids to play in! Obviously, with it being a new property, there is a lot of room for improvements but i have been assured that these will be addressed! They value guests’ feedbacks! Will definitely come back for my future stays in KL!…

This was an enjoyable staycation until 1 recently incident happend that mar some of the enjoyment. I was carrying 3 huge bags together with wet swimsuit, 1 of my girl feeling slightly under the weather when the room access card was rejected at the door. Ok,no worries. Saw a kind staff doing laundry he called his supervisor. I'm not sure whether because the call came from her staff she was very abrupt which I was shocked. Then, when I spoke to her she said also rather strictly to go lobby n only resort. Omg! I called the lobby using my handset and I could get a staff to come up, although there was considerable delay. I had to put down all my packages and let me girls sit on me on the carpet. The staff who came up was nice but juz said sorry. I was quite disappoited by this incident. …

I would never have imagined a resort like M Resort right smack in the middle of the city. The moment you step in the lobby, you already feel like you are in a different world. Lobby was GRAND. Check in was smooth. Staff were very friendly and helpful :) Breakfast spread - amazing and well spaced out so you do not feel congested although there were so many people due to the school holidays. Swimming pool - BEAUTIFUL and well planned. There were life guards on duty and they were very alert and cautious. Kids Club & Gym - superb. Top class and clean. Thank you to the amazing team in M Resort for making our stay memorable and comfortable! Thank you to Zairi, Zamri and the rest of the M Team! Kids love this hotel. The hotel have their own kids club, state of the art gym and very nice swimming pool. Its just the pool kind of over crowded during the weekend. The room is quite small. Booked the golf course view but for me its not totally golf course view which i can enjoy.

I have a terrible experience while I was checking in via the Front Office. The Supervisor named HAMED was extremely rude to me and also threaten to reject my reservations when presented my driving license to him as proof of my identity. I has a bad experience before as my identify was stolen via my NRIC and as of now Im cautious about providing my NRIC especially when its not really required for simple verification purposes. This employee seems to have an ego problem as even after he agreed to accept my valid driving licence for the check-in purpose, he then goes on to mention that he has the right and authority to reject and cancel my reservation as I didn’t want to provide him with my NRIC. I found this attitude to be quite unbecoming and insulting. Overall, this hotel is very calculative and lacks customer service. Its also quite pricey and not worth the money spent. Breakfast was also sub-par with extremely limited option. Rooms were ok as its still very new however the TV entertainment was also inadequate where by its lack a good variety of channels for viewing. Will I recommend this hotel or return? Definitely a big big NO !…

Was at this hotel on the 3rd day of chinese new year and my review as follows: 1) Location It is located in KGPA Damansara, next to the golf course, within 1km from Eastin Hotel PJ. 2) Parking Parking is free and open air outdoor - a bit troublesome if it is raining. 3) Check In Was attended by Daryl during check in. He was friendly and pleasant. Check in was fast. No welcome drink was provided. 4) Room 209 and 210 Room is new and modern. Size is ok (not too spacious, not too small). Room has partial view of the golf course which was nice. Bathroom area is compact and i find it a bit dark (as the entire room and bathroom uses dark colour tone). Toileteries provided quality can be better i feel especially since this is a 5 star resort. Mattress is firm. It does not have the luxury or plush feel to it - maybe the hotel can consider to have a feather topper placed on top of the matress in the future. Water pressure was good. However, the main let down/negative part of the room is the noise insulation. I can hear clearly people walking/talking from the corridor/hallway as well as kids screaming/ baby crying from rooms nearby. It is annoying when this happens during sleeping time (especially after 11pm and before 7am). I would have rated this resort higher if the noise insulation is better. 5) Wifi Wifi is free and quite ok during our stay 6) Pool Pool area is definitely nice and modern and spacious. What i didnt like is that there is no enforcement on proper swimming attire. I can see guests swimming in tudung, t shirt and track bottoms. Hopefully the resort can do something about this. 7) Buffet Breakfast The restaurant is huge and quite cosy. Due to this, the restaurant does not feel very congested or crowded. However, food selection and buffet spread are just average in my opinion. Stand out for me is definitely their pastry section, the almond croissant was fresh and flaky so does the gula hangus cake. Their prawn noodle option is also quite tasy so does their hash brown. On the negative side, I think the hotel can just prepare in advance and placed sunny side eggs or fried eggs on the buffet line - this will reduced the waiting line at the egg station. For drinks, no fresh fruit juices were available - only those cordial bottled chilled juices. There is also no coffee machine on the buffet line. Upon asking the waiter, then we were informed that each guest is entitled to just 1 cup of machine coffee (cappucino, latte or espresso) and to place their coffee order from the waiter/waitress - i find this to be weird, troublesome and unecessary. The hotel should have just placed the coffee machine on the buffet line like what other hotels are doing. When our cappucino arrived after 15 minutes of ordering, it was not even hot or warm - on the cold side already. Hopefully the resort can look into this. Overall, my breakfast experience at this resort is just average. 8) Overall, i think this resort can be much better.…

just checked in and already very impressed with this hotel. the lobby is very grand . the extra space just makes everything feel magnificent. the pool is very child friendly , which should keep your kids occupied for at least two hours. last but not least, the staff here make you feel very welcomed and you can sense they are genuinely sincere.

This is a nice hotel and one of the newer ones too. The lobby is big and impressive and to be honest you don’t see many hotels with the lobby of this size. The overall decor is nice and I like it. Staff are friendly and makes you feel welcome too. Car park is a bit far and the nearest car park is not covered which is not good especially if it is raining. Or when it is really hot and your car will be really hot too. The covered car park you will need to walk further. The hotel do provide a buggy service to take you there if needed. I would prefer a car park that is in the same building at the hotel. Room is spacious enough but my golf course view room is only partial view because I was assign the first room closest to the lift. Just a small tip if you want to better view do ask the staff to give you a room further from the lift are and you should have a better golf course view room. The internet to my surprise, the hotel only offer 6 hours free! Why is it not free throughout the stay? Anyway the wifi wasn’t that good because when I was watching you tube there was buffering once a while. Breakfast is good and I think food is quite delicious. The ambience and decor in the restaurant is nice and I really like it. The hotel is not within walking distance to anything in particular. So you will need to drive out to the nearest mall nearby which is Starling, 3damansara or One Utama. Overall I would say this is one of the better and newer hotels. If you want a hotel where it is easily accessible to shops or cafes then this is definitely not the hotel for you.…
