Amazing Hotel. Stayed here twice and will continue to be my top selected choice of Hotel.Clean amd comfy. However do bear in mind not all Grab knows this place. I had a hard time getting a Grab as they keep going to the adjacent Condo Lobby instead of Hotel Lobby. Can get very crowded when checking out. Some close by local food within walking distance.

1st Time Trying Out This New Place But Very Disappointed For Few Cons.... 1.) Rooms From level 11 to 36. 1st level is check-in counter + small size cafe. Level 2 to 9 R Multi Stories Car Park. Level 10 R Hotel Few Events Rooms.. Only 4 Lifts but 3 On Operations. It's Was Always Crowded & Jams from Early Mornings to Late Night for Going up to Rooms. It's needs to squeeze in at all times. Especially for late mornings periods. Where's mostly people's wants to check outs. If your room was suited in level 25 downwards to 11. It's will be very difficult to squeeze in cos mostly the lift already dam jam packed. 2.) The Hot Water from Bath Rooms for Showers was Very Small Volumes & very weak with no Power at all times. 3.) The Infinity Pools Counter That In charge by a security guard for issuing Towels was really kind of Attitudes Problems. Rudely Spoken as his English speaking only he able to understand himself. 4.) Mini Fridge No Power even turned to Max still not cold to store beers cans. 5.) TV Channels Are Very Bad. Only able to watch YouTube & needs to connection our own digital data cos Hotel dun Provide free WiFi.

The advantage for this hotel is their location. They are only 5mins by foot if you walk out and via the side of the Starhill building. As you walk, you can see things and when you reach the main road, you will see pavilion which is opposite the road where there are tons of luxury brands and eateries all within reach. The disadvantages are a huge lot for mention: 1. Too large hotel inventory with 800plus rooms. Crowd management wise, it has a very serious concern. When during morning check out time, there will be huge group of guests awaiting at the lobby, some for checking out and some for checking in. The management sadly has very poor crowd managing. The reception counter is a round concept and is close by to the main entrance. You can simply imagine when the crowd is heavy whereby some are crowding for check in and some for check out, some will be standing close at the entrance area and the entrance area are cluttered with tons of luggages and people standing around. And, worst case scenario when the lift break down, which I personally encountered. The crowd will Q up from inside the lift area all the way to the main entrance area in conjunction with the crowd waiting for check in and out plus the ones standing by the main entrance. During then, the whole thing will be like a pot of mixed congee. This is already my 5th to 6th time staying here. Each time, I would tell myself things will get better but instead, it just never did and it only get worst and always does. And, this is not the end. Next, you can imagine going up and down the lift when especially you are 20th floor and upwards. You will probably need to take 15-20mins each round for your up and down And plus almost every floor it will stop. So, again you can imagine when you are on the 36 or 35 such type of floor, 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30 and so on till you hit ground level. I got that couple of times and this simply piss you damn off when you are urgently rushing out or in the midst of nature call. And, their internal housekeeping staffs would also use the guest lift for transporting their dirty laundry daily. Simply because they do not have a back of the house lift for staff usage. This is also one such unpleasant experience I have highlighted to their management couple of times back but it seems like nothing much they can do about it. So, as you can also imagine, their internal staffs together in the same lift with guests and along with their dirty laundry and at times they will laugh their way out and chitchatting loudly in the lift plus the smell of those dirty laundry and also because of that reason, it slows down the lift as their internal staffs need to transport those laundry and towels, blankets through various floors. So, despite their location is great and room is comfy, you will need to consider all these huge challenging factors when wanting to stay there. I felt real sad for their management for having such a disappointing managing of their internal matters which posed a huge concern to the paying and staying guests at their hotel and potentially lead to numerous complaints daily. Maybe you still cannot imagine what I meant. Do try once or twice and you will know and when especially their lift break down time, that would be such a carnival.

New hotel just started operation not long, should we get started Location: Is in the center of Bukit Bintang, walking distance to Pavilion, starhill, (5min) Parking: MYR10 something for in-house guess, many parking lot available 9floors of it. Lobby: Might be crowded due to small lobby, but luckily many front office reception available. Not super grand but acceptable. Room: Booked a king size bed, without breakfast. A bit small in size. But everything is in good , new conditions. Bed is hard but not too hard (love the bed) Swimming pool: Located at 37th floor , fantastic scenery views 👍👍 , and for phone shooting. Playground: There's a mini playground for kids located at 10th floor. Cafe: There's a cafe located next to lobby, but snot sure services for breakfast.... +/- + If what's to shop shop shop , it would be a great location. + Food is everywhere from local teh tarik to high-end. - the road around the area is mostly heavy I am, don't be surprised might get horn.

Stayed one night at Sleeping Lion Suites. Worst sleeping experience ever. Mattress was supper hard and curvy. Pillows also were high. Check-in process took almost 30 minutes which is totally ridiculous. Only positive point was the location. Won’t recommend staying at this hotel.

Location: very strategic, within walking distance to the shopping malls and monorail / MRT stations in Bukit Bintang area. Parking space: plenty parking spaces in the hotel building. Hotel's staff: friendly but not proactive enough. One of the staff did not take the queue ticket for us during the check-in process and no welcome drink were provided. We were also abit surprise with the extra charge of government tourism tax for MYR 10 per night, but explained that all local and international tourists are currently charged. Hotel's exterior and amenities: brand newly opened hotel with 37 floors and rooftop infinity pool. There is also gym and sauna in the 37th floor. There should be other facilities in the 10th floor too but still not opened for public. There is a small cafe in the lobby area. Seems there is no restaurant within the hotel yet, because no breakfast is provided. Room's interior: small for the junior room that we booked, but there is still a window and very clean. There are also 2 mineral waters provided for free. There are some international channels on the TV. They also provided ironing board, small fridge, electric kettle, and safe deposit box in the room. Room's wifi: fast and stable. Room's shower/toilet: clean and hot water shower is available, the downside is the shower door cannot be close tight and the water sewer is a bit clogged. Room's soundproof: ok, as we can still hear sound from the room next door and from the corridor. Room's bed quality: comfortable with clean sheet and 2 pillows provided for each person for the double/king size bed. Breakfast: no breakfast provided. Check out: need to take queue ticket first and take 5-10 minutes.
