Compared with several other small hotels in the vicinity, this hotel is definitely above them all in terms of comfort - nice bed with good pillows, beautiful decor, good showers too. But the room with a large double bed does not leave much space to move about. Breakfast is very basic, provided in several sets, out of which you have to choose only one.

Stayed in the Deluxe Family room for 2 nights. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were helpful and courteous. The food at the cafe was tasty. Good location nearby KL. Reserved parking lots available. This is definately a hotel worth staying in.

I stayed here 13-15 July 2018. The room was in decent shape and the bed was comfy. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. For the price, it was a good value, but I had a bad experience at the bar. I went to grab a beer with a couple friends. The bar staff asked us if we would like to order a bucket, pointing to a promotional poster on the wall. The price seemed reasonable, so we ordered a bucket of Heineken and paid with 100 ringgit. We got less change than we expected and the bar told us that the advertised bucket was for Tiger (which was not stated on the poster at the bar). They hadn't filled the bucket yet, so we asked them to change it to Tiger. They refused, even after we made it clear we were upset about the bait-and-switch. They directed us to a separate poster outside the bar showing the price for Heineken, as if we were supposed to have read it. It was clear when we ordered that we were interested in the bucket as advertised in the bar and they should have either (a) told us Heineken was more expensive or (b) honored our request to change. Not cool, Hotel Richbaliz. The front desk staff should train the bar staff on customer service.

the room is nice but as a muslim living here is hard to pray bcoz there’s a very small space to pray. bathroom is nice , tv is clear, totally cozy room. they prepared a lot of snacks on table. at first i thought its free but actually we have to pay it when we check out. 🤣🤣. ironing room is separate room. front desk is friendly. i need sejadah, they gv me. the worst things is only the parking. it’s hard to park car here, i even got sue bcoz of park. they should prepared park for guests.

Stayed one night at this boutique hotel and overall, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious. Parking available at the basement of opposite building and you will need to get the access card from the reception. Breakfast is included which is just a simple breakfast. Nothing much and interesting within walking distance and only some small shops around. The only thing I dislike is that the room we had was at ground floor just next to lift lobby and you can hear people's voices from time to time. In addition, the room window was facing the back alley and there are cars parking there and there was one stupid car who has his engine on for half an hour causing the noise and smoke to enter our room via the window.

My 3rd stay at Hotel Richbaliz is still very satisfied, staffs were helpful and friendly and good breakfast set choices to choose from. The rooms may be a bit small but quite clean. The hotel is also near to various local coffeehouse in the resident area nearby. There is also a water machine on the ground floor near the lift, so you can save time boiling drinking water. Free parking is also possible (first come first serve). I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future. A suggestion to the management : Please clean the water machine regularly as I saw dust on the machine and the cloth covering the surface was quite black.

I choose this hotel in the first place because it is near to Selayang Hospital where my mum was admitted to, about 10 minutes walk from hotel to hospital and free parking. I was able to visit my mum during the 2 visiting hours and don't have to worry about finding parking space in the hospital which normally needed at least half an hour to get one. There are also various eateries to choose, from new cafes to traditional coffee shops ( need to walk to the housing area where traditional Chinese coffee shop and hawker center are) .Recommend to try butter gravy chicken chop from the hotel's bar cum restaurant. The room may be small but quite cozy and quiet. There is also a water machine for guest to refill their drinking water. Staffs in the hotel and restaurant are friendly and helpful. Free wifi is available. The only thing that I hope the hotel management will improve is to clean the dust in the room's ceiling, especially near the ceiling fan and the walls above the air con. I kept noticing dust sailing around the room whenever I on the fan. Other than the dust problem, I am quite satisfied with my stay in this hotel. This is my first stay and I will choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Stayed for 2 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. Very beautiful environment with fresh orchids around the hotel compound. We stayed at the deluxe rooms, big bathroom and cosy bedroom. Breakfast was good with quite a number of choices like coconut rice with fried chicken, all kinds of eggs, scramble, sunny side up etc......... Very good hospitality indeed, would come back again for my next trip.

My opinion value for money.. Small rooms but clean and complete.Little bit far from city center. They have bar and restaurant also. We prefer hotel location if closed to supermarket, this one quite far from supermarket.near by taxi but far for walking distance. If dor you no problem stay far from city center,Richbaliz is recomended!

the last time i stayed here was in 2012, the price now was expensive like 3-4 star hotel while the management, staff and services still the same (previous very poor). There's a Construction behind the hotel which cause lousy. The day i check out from the hotel i saw the owner of hotel scolded n shouted at one women regarding parking issue. Yarh, very hard to find parking here It was so EMBARASSING i guess. Men shouted at Women. VERY RUDE N IMPROFESSIONAL.
