I’m as a local Malaysian, I am luckily to get check in at time 12pm (early 2 hours). Just show the receptionist of your IC. And for the most, the room for solo traveler is seems a bit narrow. Not worth for 6 feet tall man. Haha

I booked this hotel from Expedia and non-refundable after read all the bad reviews about this hotel. Indeed, most of it is correct in some ways. Personally from my opinion, I got a very small room with no windows and small bathroom. Its ok for me because I only stay for 3 days 2 nights. Average cleanliness. Good WiFi. Clean beds and the A/C works fine even though a little bit dusty and old. They use scanning card to unlocked hotel room. But, I doubt the safety of valuelable things left in this room. They got heater and TV. I think this is good for budget traveller who stay for a day or two. Poor communication of receptionist staff. They require RM 50 for deposit during check-in and refundable during check-out. Location is very strategic. Behind the hotel you can find so many food stall at night. It is near to Low Yat Plaza, Times Square and CIMB Bank (in front of the hotel). Around 200m to MRT station and Monorail station. You can also walk to Pavillion Kuala Lumpur. Overall, location is the reason why people choose this hotel. It also a budget hotel. Not recommeded for family. Most of the time noises from the hallway yelling, laughing loud. Here are the photos I took during my stay.

A big No to this Hotel.Firstly we found lot of difficulty in turning on the electricity. They changed the room finally after 1 hour at around 11 PM Room Ac was running at 16 degrees as remote was not working. We asked to change and it took another 1.5 hours as their store was locked. Phone was not working. Toiletries were not provided in new room as they have provided previously. Wifi is not working. Electric plug was not working so phone could not be charged. Rooms are too small that there is no space after the double bed. The support staff says they know the problem as when we visit them 2nd time they will get these problem rectified. Lot of outside noise till 3 PM in the night.

T-Hotel was one of the poorest hotels I've ever been to. The staff are not helpful, the rooms are not as advertised and positively minuscule. Stayed with two other friends and I felt very claustrophobic every time I was there. Many of the TV channels aren't working, the shower head water pressure is barely strong enough to take a shower and the electricity was cut for an hour when I was there. Asked for an extra pillow in the evening and the reception staff did not want to help citing that housekeeping was not around. The only saving grace for this place is its central location. I will not be staying here again and you should avoid it as well.

I stay here for 2nights cos already made deposit and cannot refund. I get into the room and feel so bad and cannot turn back cos I travel so tire and see throw online seems acceptable. The room was very very small and no amenities at all. Towel and bed sheet look dirty. Group of Indian working here know nothing about guest service and they are not hotelier. If they put this hotel name such as guesthouse or lower than this is better cos no need to pay much tax and low expectation from clients. Even offered me a complimentary for my trip to KL again, I kindly would like to say No to this place anymore.
