Overall the place is good: - near the metro station, the very centre, although due to the fact that there is a nearby track it is difficult to walk anywhere - large enough rooms - clear - good air conditioning
The communication with the owner was peculiar, the person could easily not reply to the messages until you duplicated them two or three times. Checked us into another room than the one on the reservation. There's no stove in the apartment, there's a small portable tile that was broken, but after my text, it was quickly changed to a working one. The kitchen is missing a number of useful little things - there is no board on which to cut anything, no cloth to wipe something off the table, etc.
