The lock was spoilt for more than 3 hours. The security guard came up twice to fix this. But it could be fixed. The maintenance team came over to replace the entire lock and then disappeared suddenly, without informing me who is there. Called the reception multiple times and they had no idea what is the status of the repair. Wanted to change my room but staff refuse to change my room. Finally I had to went down to request for a change to new room. By this time I had already ask multiple times to change the room. Realised later that I left my food and drinks in the fridge. Went back to the room with another guard but the fridge emptied. The staff denied that they had either thrown away stolen what it was in the fridge. Terrible experience, which ruin my day. Don't expect any service or the staff to be honest.

Location is 3 mins walk from MRT and LRT station. Many eating places and convenience shops around also as it is located at Petaling Street area. Room is good size. Deluxe room is at lower floor and with balcony. You can request to have Merdeka 118 view. Room is not brand new, but all things still function well. TV is with limited local channels only. Car park is not free, it is RM10 per day. The car park is also limited only. Check in and Check out is fast,

Poor customer service - No daily housekeeping, short of manpower, request in the morning, was done after 5pm. Terrible service and need to have mutliple request to be assisted. Even after housekeeping, NO new bathroom floor mat provided. Room still dirty. - First day, clogged drainage, took forever to request help - Dirty towels, it has a stain and Operator or Manager questioned us why we did not inform them earlier upon check in? Not sure if they have common sense, do they expect guests to check everything upon check-in? We only found out after we took a bath. We stayed here for 5 nights just for the sake of the bed to sleep but it is the worst Hotel when it comes to customer service. Staff unapologetic! No customer service at all. We felt that the treatment for Asians are different compared to Caucasians? Is this Hotel a racist? Stay away from this Hotel! Run away if you can. We do not recommend staying here at all cost! Unless you just need a bed to sleep and a great location. Other than that, forget about everything. Highly recommended to check Travelodge Bukit Bintang instead

Hotel mgmt should not allow guests to put their rubbish outside their door overnight/at all times as it attracts cockroaches and later rats. These guests are too ignorant and some even cook instant noodles and boil eggs to eat and discard their shells openly in plastic without tying the rubbish bags up. It’s making this place to look like some squatter n rubbish dump.

Pillows are so uncomfortable and the aircon does not seem to work and had to tell them to bring us a fan. Staff very lax in their work commitment and the manager in charge is very unfriendly and do not show genuine care for guests. Gives new meaning to hotel service as they do not seem to care if the guest stays on or not. They just seem to be there doing the bare minimum. I know of small hotels with so friendly staff and mgmt. If u have any issue it can only be addressed during working days and weekends nothing can be fix or done. Stayed there a week and checked out to a much guest friendly hotel after our week was up. Would not compromised comfort for such lousy service place.

We have stayed here four times and are never disappointed,it’s location is very good for transport, the bus station is a two minute walk and from there you can catch a free bus to bukit bintang—-purple line. The k l t station Pasa seni is again a couple of minutes away. The hotel is modern with comfortable amenities, the beds are very comfy and the rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are modern with plenty of hot water, towels and some toiletries are provided. There is a small fridge a safe and a tv in the room and the WiFi is pretty good, the all important air con is poor…the rooms get very hot even with the curtains closed, the air con needs upgrading intact an electric fan would be better..The lobby area has plenty of seating and there is a 24 hour desk where staff are very helpful. On level one there is a laundry room with washing machines dryers and ironing facilities.

We were here with a large group of families . Rooms were inviting and the overall ambiance was good for a 3 to 4* hotel. Centrally located next to the LRT- Pasar Seni which makes it convenient to get to any location. Petaling Street and Masjid India is also within walking distance. Bukit bintang , Sentral , KLCC, Mid Valley are always a few LRT stops away. We had an evening flight and the reception staff was kind enough to give us additional time to check out . The only negative i must mention is that we were charged tourism tax on arrival. We made mention that Agoda bookings specifically state all taxes are included. However the hotel was insistent we pay it. We did pay it ,however they did refund us the amount the same evening. Recommend taking the larger rooms if travelling with family. Overall pleasant stay.
