What a lovely Hotel the service was incredible and the staff so friendly. Especially Mr Hafiz big shout out to him he went above and beyond making our stay as smooth as possible throughout our stay in Malaysia even when we weren’t staying there as we travelled to Langkawi too. He was definitely doing the job of a much more senior role and I hope he is recognised with his efforts as he deserves a promotion. Thank you again Hafiz we’ll always have fond memories of Malaysia.
The JW Marriott that sits right across all the shopping and entertainment Bukit Bintang brilliantly offers does everything a city hotel should offer. Rooms are clean, decently sized (props to the huge ceiling and vanity desk in the washroom). The lobbies are fantastic and bustling, and the hotel offers connectivity to nearby malls. But I’d say there’s nothing more to add on to that list. Rooms feel incredibly cheap—laminate wood on almost all furnitures, dust everywhere, dirty surfaces, and a hospital-like interior that does nothing other than to function. For its price, you’re mostly real just paying for the location.
We had a stay in JW Marriott and it was perfect , location is the best especially for shopping lovers , rooms is very clean and nice , there employees is very friendly and professional , food is great with a lot of verities . Small problem that there is no privacy between the room for the sound , you can hear each room while you are walking in the floor 😃 Especial thanks to Mr. Mohammed Rajib from the reception team as he was very helpful and supported from the Check Inn time till Check Out . Thanks again . 🙏 Very recommended 👍
Booked the Club lounge access room for 1 night. Simply put, phenomenal experience. The hotel is situated exceptionally well, and guests are always within walking distance to the major shopping malls, convenience stores, and pharmacies. Arriving at the hotel, the lobby was extremely neat and modern, with a very classic luxury atmosphere. While waiting to check in, a very attentive bellhop came over to take our bags, and another attentive and cheerful guest services agent came over to have a chat with us to pass the time while waiting. Check-in process was smooth and fast, and we were done in 5 minutes. Rooms were unchanged since my last visit, but overall was still a nice and beautiful room. I didn’t specifically request for an interconnecting room but I was given one. Only drawback from my stay was that there was no luggage rack in my room which was a bit of an inconvenience, but I guess it was not there simply because there shouldn’t be anything blocking the door. Lounge was beautiful and very comfortable, with canapes served at 5.30pm. Stayed there for about an hour or so, had some snacks and wine, which were all very good. Staff were attentive and cheery all the time as well, which made an already positive experience even better. As I was there at 5.30pm, I didn’t see many choices of wine, but I may simply have just missed it when the staff were bringing out more wine. Overall a very positive experience and worth every penny. Will definitely stay again the next time I go back to KL.…
Stayed at this hotel for 2N3D from 15 July - 16 July 2022, Room 2001. Booking : made online about 2 weeks before check in date. All double bed rooms already sold out. Requested for higher floor near the elevator. But given the most far from the elevator. Check in : need 30 minutes when there was only 2 customers in que in front me while another 3 at the counter. Only 3 counters available but the process seems a bit slow with paper works here and there. Room : getting and given the double bed executive deluxe room. Room was OK and clean. Only set back is the type of pillow given. If you are the one used to hard pillow, please request the same and hopefully they can provide the same. Make up room : great. In room dining : had both nights requesting for in room dining. It took 45 minutes for them to get a fruit platter for me (day 1). The same 45 minutes required when I requested for fried noodle and soup on day 2. When the food reach your room, its already not warm enough. A bit disappointed. Check out : requested for late check out but only given up to 12:30pm. Standard check out should be at 12:00pm I guess. Only given 30 minutes extra. Long que for check out process. Staff approached for express check out after 20 minutes is que for the counter service. Location : great Concierge service : great…
Has been Marriot Banvoy mbr for years and has experienced inconsistent service amongst JW Marriot chain However JWKL has never disappoint Outstanding hospitality and service recovery by Johanan Kuah and his team 👏 Never easy to please everyone but Johanan is professional and patient
Our stay in JW Marriot in KualaLumpur was perfect. The rooms were excellent and the service and hospitality of the staff was beyond expectations. Specifically, Mr. Sufian Hamid, housekeeping manager, whom was very helpful and made our stay memorable.
Stayed at JW with my spouse for our honeymoon. I have to say that their standards were really high and everything was perfect. Staffs were really friendly and their services were superb. I want to express my thanks to Rajib and his team who were attending to us during our stay and also responding to our adhoc requests. They were super duper friendly and greeted us every single time. Will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!
Was greeted by the amazing VIP suite when me and my ambassador friend arrived. Thank you James for the hospitality! We were served by Scott during checked in, although he said he is quite new; he display professionalism. The hotel was packed with so many people that we were curious and asked Scott about it but he mentioned that he can't say anything because its confidential. We just discovered that the badminton athletes stay here during tournament. In the beginning there was problem with keys which we and the front office have no idea why. Probably system error but it's small matter for us and we don't really bother as it can be solved easily. Too bad that when we visited the executive lounge was still under renovation so we had to go to temporary one which look like normal lobby. One of the staffs approach us and said that only two guests are allowed, extra person need to pay for drinks. Good job to whoever it was! We don't mind paying for the extra person drink as long as we have been reminded / noticed. Following day, we move to the alchemy. Most proper place to be at for temporary lounge. Ambience is great. Food wise also better than previous day (we were quite surprise to be served with "heavy meal" instead of light bites and too bad we can't just pick dessert or a la carte as the food is already in bento box). Over 8 days in KL, JW is the best place I stayed at. Not because of the room upgrade or priviledge but because they really maintain the standard quality of service, quality assurance, and all are in place. Well done! No wonder this property has been trusted to be place for worldwide badminton athletes to stay at. 😊…
