Amazing experience overall all .. great location accessible to near mall and gardens .. very friendly and helpful staff .. its really a luxurious hotel and would like to try other branches that they have across the globe .. we enjoyed everything that it had to offer
Stayed here for 7 days and again another 3 days the next weekend. Was alone with my 6 month old, and all of the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. As I was alone with a small baby, they allowed me to take my included in room breakfast buffet, in my room. That was customer service at its best. I also had things delivered to the hotel frequently and although the new SOP meant that customers need to go collect the item at the concierge themselves, again, because I was alone with a small baby, they had everything sent up to me everytime. Special shout out to Concierge, Salleh, for assisting me every step of the way. Room is comfortable as usual. I will never tire of the comfort of MO's bed and ambience. Although, I wish they'd bring back the small bottles of toiletries. It's a bit difficult to get your soap and shampoo from the shower area, if you intend to have a bath at the tub. Swimming pool is great, I would rate it as the best pool in all of KL hotels due to its size and water temperature. The service at Aqua is also very good and food was delicious and delivered quickly. MO will always be my number 1 choice of hotel in KL.…
Good location near twins tower, friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious foods , breakfast so many varieties, nice spa and pool,near the surface mall.,they gave us late checkout, concierge help us always
We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental KLCC for 17 nights, with 2 small children and grandparents. The service we experienced was excellent. The staff, hotel facilities, rooms and dining were amazing and we wish we could have stayed even longer! We want to give a special mention to particularly outstanding members of staff who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Shohel in housekeeping kept our rooms beautifully clean and pristine throughout our stay. Also, Subra and Aaron from concierge, and Pradeep at breakfast were fantastic. We very much look forward to returning.
The guests and staff at this hotel are acting as though masks are optional indoors, which of course isn't the case currently here in KL. I would say about half of the guests in the lobby area are walking around maskless, and no staff members are there to insist that they mask up. If you're at all concerned about your safety with regards to covid, I'd say avoid this place entirely, even for dining as you'll have to walk through a crowd of maskless people to even reach the dining areas. Definitely don't stay here, as you'll have to contend with maskeles guests on then lift, and maskless housekeeping attendants making up your room.
