The hotel location is superb, right opposite the Pavillion. But the traffic can be bad but there is mrt and lrt nearby. The executive lounge is good, especially the services provided. A big thanks to Ashraf and Sangkaran from the executive lounge. I will be back again.

Fantastic location in KL city centre . The service was very good . Front office staff Dilah served us very very well . Always smiling and very friendly . She really know how to make customers happy . The executive lounge was the best and they serve a lot of good food and drink . Very cosy and ample space . Good price and value for $.

Since it is school holiday most hotels in kl area were quite full. We booked westin dt vicinity to pavilion to avoid jam ( walking distance for food). We booked for two night stay at club room and was given 31 floors. Room is big and clean with nice view of kl tower. Pavilion is just opposite westin and jw Marriott. Most staffs are attentive and friendly. Just a bit weird that the lounge is at 3rd floor ( usually high floor). Despite its quite spacious, it is very full during this time and we can see that the management not really strict in the rules esp children shouldn’t be in after 7 pm. Thus to get a table is an issue in the lounge especially cocktail hr as quite a few come with big groups of family with kids. Overall not bad

The staff are very friendly specially with Mr. Najib as he is very supportive and managed to help the customer. He has an excellent behavior and always smile. Even from my experience, Westin Hotel has very clean rooms even the bed covers but maybe a little issue with smoking smell in bathroom. Also, the female receptionist was also friendly.

From check-in to check-out, my experience in this hotel was fantastic. I have been influencing my colleagues to choose this hotel whenever we have a business meeting in KL, and so far does not disappoint. The Staff are amazing. Athirah, the lounge team even memorized my fav drinks - truly above and beyond. Definitely gonna encourage more of my friends to choose this hotel, especially those who are loyal to Marriott Bonvoy

Have been coming here very often and Westin never fails to impress us Always. Hui Tong and Shobana Nair from Front Office were so accommodating and helpful. Had a small issue with in room dining and the Executive Chef Zebdelone personally came to see me and apologize, Kudos Chef and truly appreciate your recovery,we stayed in room number 2909 from 8th-10th March. Rajan has never failed to take so good care of us!! The rest was always a pleasure in Westin,our 2nd home and always a come back for us. Keep Up the good work team.👍👍

Excellent Service at Club Lounge, especially by Sangkaran. He was always willing to listen and provided us with great service. They have an alluring hydroponic salad bar and good beer, but the rest of the dishes and their wine selection could have been better. Good ideas, but could improve on the execution. Overall, however, it was a positive experience. Definitely commendable!
