The Westin Kuala Lumpar sets the standard. Every detail was taken care of from first contact, and the staff were exceptional in their service. From the moment you arrive your bags are taken, your greeted at the door (the door is always opened for you at any time by a friendly staff member), and the people are friendly and dedicated...

I wasn't a guest at your hotel, but your staff members sure helped me out when I got lost in Bukit Bintang and was madder than a wet hen. Thank you to Mr. Firdauz for his directions and kind assistance--a professional through and through. Also Mr. John, Mr. Jamel, and Mr. Mizi all lent a hand! Your staff went above...

My preferred choice of hotel in bukit bintang area, aside from being SPG member. Hotel is located directly across Pavilion mall, you can get from your room to Pavilion within 3 minutes walk, excellent if you are bringing young children or have a shopaholic wife.. Room wise, it is ok size, but rather dimly lit and can feel a bit...

It's a high standard hotel greatly situated in the city. The swimming pool however needs a bit more tlc as there were leafs and debris found. Overall it's a very good city hotel and I would recommend it.

Had a very unremarkable stay at this hotel recently. Loved the location but that was probably the only remarkable thing that stood out about the hotel. We booked a club room and the food provided in the club lounge was pretty blah. The swimming pool looked really uninviting as well so we didn't bother to take a dip in it....

Greetings bittenbytheTbugz, We thank you for staying at The Westin Kuala Lumpur and sincerely appreciate your time in providing us with your invaluable feedback concerning our facilities. Despite our constant effort to maintain the building, the hotel is indeed getting old. This was our 2nd stay, and since our last stay was marvellous, we decided on Westin again. This time we chose a basic twin-bed room rather than the Executive floor. This was a short trip to celebrate my 3yr old daughter's birthday, which I mentioned to Shara Marissa who was handling our booking. The staff really go out of their...
