Nestled in the bustling heart of Kuala Lumpur, the Swiss Garden Hotel - Bukit Bintang garners praise for its exceptional service, with many guests appreciating the attentive and professional staff, although there have been mentions of occasional inconsistencies. The cleanliness of the rooms is a recurring highlight, ensuring a comfortable stay, complemented by efficient daily housekeeping. Its advantageous location is a hit among travelers, offering easy access to shopping, cuisine, and transport, even as opinions on the desirability of the locale slightly differ.
While the rooms are generally lauded for their comfort, some guests have encountered issues with room allocation and upkeep. Opinions on amenities are divided; the hotel's cleanliness and service receive commendation, but the breakfast selection and pool facilities have faced criticism.

Given that many high-end and luxury hotels in Kuala Lumpur cost significantly less than in the rest of the world, and therefore the price is not a parameter that can affect the evaluation because in Italy for the same amount you can't even find a storage room and therefore everything goes well, but what is perplexing in the case of this hotel is the difference between the allure that the images suggest and what is the reality of the facts.
The hall and restaurant are certainly very large, spacious and airy. The breakfast is certainly large, plentiful and tasty. However, my room was particularly smelly (and without the possibility of ventilating it) as was the corridor on the floor; the linen is of modest quality (especially that for the bathroom) and not perfectly clean; the location is strategic up to a certain point (overlooking a particularly busy avenue that is almost impossible to cross, and not very close to many of the main points of interest in the city) and, faced with the request to call a taxi to go to the station, the early in the morning, at the reception they told me that I would be better off walking to the monorail that passes nearby (and whose ticket cannot be paid by credit card, incidentally); the pool is certainly more photogenic with the wide angle lens than in person.
I don't know, when booking I had very different expectations. After having been there, I am not so sure that I would choose it again, nor that I would recommend it given the very competitive costs of similar structures.

The hotel room is average. We had to request another room because the requested room was not given. The lady at reception claimed the the room facing the main road was noisy. However, we did not hear a car the 4 nights!!! The breakfast is chaotic and food is not replenished. Variety of fruit is scanty and pastries very poor quality. Seating is totally disorganised. In all the receptionists were not that helpful at all. We requested a take-away breakfast because of an early flight. They refused!!! A rather disappointing stay.

We stayed for a night on the way out to different countries for work and decided on this hotel for the convenience of location and value for money. The staff were more than helpful and made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to Edilyn, Simon and Suhaila :) Will definitely come back again. Thanks

My check-in experience was seamless. The staff on duty were exceptionally helpful, polite, and hospitable. They took the time to explain everything, including how to use the keycards, the elevators, and the locations of amenities like the gym and pool.
Upon entering my room, I immediately felt that the value for money was well-justified. The room was impeccably clean, as was the bathroom.
The customer service throughout my stay was outstanding. When I needed a technician to fix the room phone or something brought to my room it was done within minutes.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service from every staff member I interacted with. The desk officers, in particular, were remarkable, and I’d like to extend special thanks to Amirul, Nini, Sabuj, and Laka for making my stay memorable. I look forward to using Swiss Garden in my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Most of the malls are relatively close to the hotel, and several are even accessible on foot. The personnel is supportive and amiable. We stayed for three nights, and each day they cleaned the room and refilled the water bottles, tea, coffee, and toiletries. For breakfast, there is a buffet available. But there is less variation in the food. The menu is nearly the same every day! All things considered, if you're looking for a hotel close to the malls, this facility is highly recommended.

I have booked my trip since November 2022 and as a solo traveller I supposed to have a room with a king size bed. Check - in took a very long time and when the room keys were ready I confirmed with the lady at the front desk if it is a king size bed and she said yes it is a king size bed, I went to the room and found it is two twin beds and you can't open the window which something I else I requested for. Went to the reception and I told it is two twin beds she told me that there is no availability for a King size bed, so why you told me that it is a king bed from the first place. Secondly all the rooms the window is nailed well so you can't open which for solo travellers like me it the worst thing ever you feel like you are in a jail. So, I have asked for a room with a balcony they told me that you need to do an upgrade for 40$ per night which is too much. So, I asked to for someone to open the window they refused as it is not allowed. Breakfast is very bad with few options only Asian food with bad taste. The location is good however I don't recommend anyone one to stay there because they were very rude and liars.

We stayed at this hotel from 10/01/25 until 13/01/25. I’d emailed to say we would be an early arrival. We arrived at 10.15am and our room was ready. I’d read some negative reviews so was worried the room would not be up to standard. I was very pleasantly surprised, the room was lovely and clean. Beds were really comfy and due to my husband being in a wheelchair more than suitable. We asked for a plastic chair for the shower as my husband only has one leg, 10 minutes later it arrived. Breakfast was fine for us so no complaints there. Staff were amazing and really helpful. I would strongly recommend this lovely hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

My wife and I had an absoultely wonderful time, and we wanted to share our fantastic experience here in Swiss-Garden Hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of 2 staffs called Adam and Amirul were very outstanding. The warm welcome we recevied at the reception set the tone for the entire stay. The check-in process was very smooth, and these 2 staffs went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met.
Our room exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to details and cleanliness were impeccable. The tasteful decor and comfortable furnishing created very nice ambiance, allowing us to relax and unwind effortlessly. The breathtaking view from our room was also an added bonus, making our stay even more memorable.
The hotel's close proximity to the MRT station allowed for efficient tranportation throughout our stay. It was very convenient to step out of the hotel and fin ourselves just a short walk away from the MRT, enabling us to explore the city with ease.
The hotel's location is in central which allow us to explore the vibrant shopping districts, indulge in the local culinary scene, and more else. We could find hidden gems that have wonderful breakfast there.

The staff from the front desk, the security, the catering staff who worked the Level 1 dining room, were all polite, professional, efficient and friendly. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.
Our package had the included breakfast buffet which featured a variety of foods from Malaysian, Chinese, Indian, Western in addition to cereals, eggomelette station, coffee and beverage.
Located about 20 minutes of walking from the main shopping and entertainment strip of Jalan Bukit Bintang, it is a best kept secret. The walk takes you from the hotel through the world famous Jalan Alor eating street known for its night sights and dining experience.

We was staying in swiss garden hotel KL for 3d2n, we go malaysia some business trip, the last day we have some free time, so we explore the hotel, we found the tour desk in the lobby, sales person in the desk (Shamjit) , explain about half day city tour(4 hours). This was a tour conducted by Sastikaa Travels (Swiss Garden hotel Travel Desk). This is a private tour. Our driver cum guide took us to a number of very interesting sites including BATU caves, Petronas towers (great photo op), and he let us choose the type of food we wanted. The food was fantastic and he also made sure that we were able to choose whatever we wanted from the menu. This was included in the price of the tour. We also had wonderful non alcoholic local drinks that included ice and we didn't get sick. It was a very hot and humid day, but we were always presented with free bottles of cold water by our guide. Fair warning, you will be taken to a number of local businesses - chocolate factory, batik store, Pewter factory - but they are not high pressure sales people. I highly recommend this tour to get a very good overview of the Kuala Lumpur. At the end of tour we request airport transfer from the hotel , thank god sastikaa arrange for us with reasonable price, the car so clean and the driver is punctual & friendly . Swiss garden hotel KL is my choice even in future. Thank You Sastikaa !
