Hotel staff very helpful. Rooms are clean. Close to shopping centres. You can walk ot take tab Departure for hop on and hop off is also nearby. Large department stores with food courts. Small and Large restaurants nearby. Maybe room is a bit dark but it still is comfortable and clean

The room so clean, neat and spacious. The hotel conveniently located in walking distance to Pavilion Mall, Lot 10 and other shopping malls. A lot of food choices in the surrounding area. All staff was helpful and attentive. Absolutely enjoy our stay, keep up the good service!

Hotel located at Bukit Bintang, can go shopping by walking distance to -Time square, pavillion, Farenheit, Sg Wang,Low Yat etc.food lovers can enjoy arab desserts just accross the road( Kunafa Finger), street food nearby the Hotel. Room is clean and tidy, price affordable , nice food for lunch buffet.With all the experience with family, i will come back to this hotel for sure in future. Keep up the good works staff and hotel❤️

The cleanliness of the hotel is superb and walking distance to the famous mall and attraction. The hotel looks quite old but surprisingly inside look a lot more clean and new compared to the newer hotel that I've been to. The breakfast buffet also really good, not to much option tho but it hit the spot for malay.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights on weekend. The location is very good and easy to access, near to Bukit Bintang monorail station, close to Fahrenheit, Lot 10,Starhill and Sungei Wang Plaza. Thumbs Up 👍 for the cleanliness of the room, the friendly & helpful staff. Really great stay and definitely will come back.

Good clean hotel, great location, staff was very helpful and breakfast was was decent. Location was really good as the hotel is almost located in the middle of the shopping area. One downside was the safe was not working the staff tried to fix it but could not get it working. But all in all it was a good experience. Will definitely go back

First impressions weren't great as the hotel looks dated from the outside and surrounding area on one side isn't great. Reception is however modern and open. Room also a bit dated but comfortable and has modern toilet and shower. Breakfasts ok although Asian themed (most of the guests were Asian though so was clearly catering for the clientelle). Main positives are very helpful staff (both reception and concierge) and the location. It is 5 minutes walk from numerous bars and restaurants and also very close to a monorail and underground station. Overall a good stay in an interesting city

The Crew and staf are friendly and helpfull. The room are great and the toiletry always refill. Great room services. One improvements that can be done is the Food menu and what they offer at breakfast. Currently the foods rate are 6/10. Thank you.

The hotel's location is strategic. It is surrounded by malls, eating joints and a nearby KL Monorail Line at Bukit Bintang. A self-service laundromat is a few meters away along Jalan Walter Granier. Check-in time is at 3 pm. We arrived early at around 1.30 pm. We paid RM20 for Tourism Tax and was given access to the room as it was ready. We booked through Agoda and checking-in was a breeze. The staffs at reception are not friendly. The lobby is small. There are 6 elevators and the waiting period for lifts is short and quick. Free Wifi is available but reception did not voluntarily inform us the password. We figured out the password ourselves in the room after a few attempts. The deluxe room is spacious for 2 guests, with daily complimentary drinks, tea and coffee. The mini fridge will be cold only if the cabinet door is at least half opened. The king size bed is ok. The 4 pillows are too thin. The TV is small. The room faces the back of an apartment and has a lousy view. Everthing works in the bathroom but the toothbrushes are hard. The soap bar is ok but the shower gel and shampoo are lousy. Breakfast at the Makan Cafe is quite good, except the "mee goreng" was too salty. Check-out was fuss free. It was too quick because when we tried to book a Grab ride the Wifi was already disconnected. A friendly Indian bellhop helped us to book a Grab car using his password. We had international autoroam from our service provider but strangely it did not worked in the lobby. Overall, our stay was quite good and fuss free.…
