In terms of awfulness, it’s hard to know where to start about this place. We booked a deluxe no smoking room, and when we checked in we were allocated a room that stank of stale cigarettes; we had a room safe that didn’t work; and (in a so-called ‘deluxe’ or superior room) there were no hand towels in the bathroom,...

The hotel feels old and backdated as soon as arriving at the lobby. The room smelly, the bathtub are without the cover to hold the water. Breakfast was below average, cockroaches everywhere from he reception, to the room and the coffee house. The bed is average, only local tv channel available.

The location is very great, just at the beginning of Changkat, the famous bar street. Depending on which side your room is you might be able to hear some music in your room. Overall I enjoyed the stay though they should seriously look into the mattress coz it really wasn't very comfortable as you could feel the springs of it....

I could tell from the presentation and the hand-me-down uniforms the check-in staff had been made to wear, that I might regret booking here. Luckily, it was convenience and a short 12 hour stay on my last evening in Malaysia. Any longer I probably would have left. The one good thing (which could be a negative for some) is it's...

Excellent location on the restaurant and bar strip in Bukit Bintang. Hotel is very dated and needs a refurbishment. The staff were friendly enough. bedding in rooms could be fresher, sheets were a bit old.

I was very much unsure about the hotel and services. This was my family trip and I want decent stay. Initially I booked this hotel for 1 day only. When I actually saw the hotel and location it was satisfactory. Hotel is old and well maintained. Best part is location. Street where hotel is located, has osm night life. I...

Spent two nights here. Worst place i ever stayed! Not worth the value or money. Rooms were dirty and poor upkeep, no soundproofing as you can hear everything from the room next door. Only great location. Such a shame as it was better managed under Radius International. Avoid this hotel.

We were traveling in a big group and despite prior notice, check was very chaotic. It's quite a worn-down hotel with the location being its only savior - bang in the middle of Bukit Bintang with walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Rooms standards were quite shoddy. The hand shower was leaky and flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was of...

To begin with Good features: Close to KL Tower, Petronas Twin Tower, Low Yat Plaza and restaurants. Bad Features: No Wifi, TV had low signal + limited channels , No Microwave to heat up food, Dirty rooms filled with cockroaches, Reception not helpful and poor security (although there were 3 security guards doing nothing) as a fellow guest's laptop was...
