I was on a business trip from January for 80 days. This is a really nice hotel with great prices. Got to know the staff very well as we stayed so long. I can't say enough about the West Wing (WW) Club lounge and its staff. The only downside is it being crowded most nights. I

Hi - call the hotel directly and ask for "Reservations" (during Malaysian work hours) and subject to availability they can ensure your club room is on the side of the hotel with twin tower views. Its dependent on what side of the corridor your room is - either twin tower view, or as previous comment above says you have a KL Communications Tower view. I originally booked my room online, then called Reservations with my booking reference and they kindly changed my room to ensure I had twin tower view.

Yes - as the others have said, you can walk up towards KLCC/Petronas Towers and there is the NZ Garden Cafe for simple rice, bread and curry dishes. You can walk towards Bukit Bintang and there is the Hard Rock Cafe - or just walk into KLCC shopping centre and there are numerous eateries and a very good food court on the third floor. Otherwise jump on the monorail at Bukit Nanas - 2 stops to Bukit Bintang and you will have no shortage of food options. There is also many restaurants within the Pavilion shopping centre and another great food court section. But for the real Malaysian outdoor eating experience walk 5 minutes to Jalan Alor from the Bukit Bintang station and choose from the many outdoor eateries....The only problem is choosing from the many options!

The kids can go there is a kids area. We took our three kids last week. They just can’t stay in the main lounge. It was great actually and plenty of food to feed everyone.
