Booked a few nights here because I needed a place to stay as I was attending an event at a nearby location. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Checkin was swift and my room was already available by 1pm. Room was clean, although you can tell some of the furnitures are a bit outdated. If I'm not mistaken, this was an old hotel acquired by Marriott, maybe they need to do some updating in the rooms too. My other issue was the key card doesn't always work with the elevator. Breakfast spread is simple, not much variation on the days that I stayed, but I think it will suffice. The hotel is basically beside the Pekeliling Bus station, where you can take free buses to different spots in KL, and walking distance to Titiwangsa LRT and Monorail. Excellent services with affordable price. Formerly known as Vistana Hotel Kuala Lumpur but after change to Marriot Chain hotel, it bring more value with International standard. Located at Titiwangsa KL, very convenient to access with surrounded with Public Transport hub. Highly recommended 4 star hotel

I have stayed here many times due to its location next to Go KL bus hub. Pro & Con...easy to commute but the sound of train and bus would be my natural wake-up call. Najwa and her team have been helpful and accommodating every time(including odd timing for check-in/out). There was one occasion whereby I stored a few bottles of liquors with them after check-out(in a laundry bag LOL), but I forgot to ask for a tag(my bad). When I return and asked for it after a month, my items were not found. I approached a few associates with negative finding. I guess I lost the liquors(not really valuable but a bit painful cause I have a brand new Hendricks in it), difficult to find without tag and it could have been disposed......Luckily Aiswaria tried all she could and the liquors were found. So glad and I really appreciate their assistance.…
decided to stay here for one night for my transit in KL. previously known as Vistana KL where i used to stay there a lot. the rate offered by AC is very competitive. i was hoping for some fresh refurbishment but apparently they just change their management but the hardware still remains the same. however some improvements were noticeable as the room was dusty previously, now is cleaned properly. location: nearby Titiwangsa LRT/MRT, right at GoKL bus stop (free bus service to KLCC/Bukit Bintang/KL Sentral). however becareful with beggars around LRT station (they dont really disturb u, but just be careful). easy access to eateries, plenty of foodcourt/restaurant. Hokkaido is just right infront of the hotel. lots of convenience store nearby & Sentosa Hospital is just 5 minutes walk. check in: when i arrived at 4pm, there were long lines of people checking in. 2 counters were opened but one check in easily takes 20 minutes at least. as i cant stand for long (due to plantar fasciitis), i decided to go and have my late lunch first as there were at least 4 person before me. left my bag at concierge which is very helpful & took grabcar to KLCC. i came back around 7pm, the crowd cleared off & managed to check in easily. Najwa was really friendly & helpful. she was trained well and it shows to her work ethics. kudos to her! room: room is clean, not dusty like previously. amenities are the same. bed are comfortable. however, tv signal is rather poor. room makeover & refurbishment is needed as the furniture shows its age and still the same one since long time ago. sound from LRT track can be heard. check out: i checked out early for an early flight to KLIA at 3am. staff still wide awake and the process was fast. overall still a good hotel with comfortable room and excellent staffs. however, refurbishment is needed in order to be up to date with current settings.…
14/10/2022 Room 912 Was having a meeting the next day, just booked the hotel nearby. Shell we get started... The hotel previously was under others management, was taken over by Marriott by 2018/2019 somewhere. Due to pandemic was closed for almost 2years plus...n just reopened lately June / July 2022. Parking: There's a MYR$10.00 for in-house guess 24hours, multiple enters. Parking lots is at basement. Don't thinking parking on road side. As there's a busy seafood restaurant just across the street. Lobby: Lobby wise is nice, clean and bright. Doorman is very good doing his job, he might not be local but he is well trained. Front office reception (male chinese, small size) is very good handling check in and out, even I check in at 5pm, his the only person reception I could see. The only small issue is I saw some customer sitting with they barefoot up on the sofa. Room: Nothing much to shout about, nothing much for the views, nothing special about the room, nothing about the washroom, a bigger TV set would be perfect. Bed is OK not too hard not too soft. Swimming pool: There a kids swimming pool comes along. The adult pool is consider oklah... But is very clean. Breakfast: Sorry I did not takes the breakfast package, so I totally do not have any ideas how was it. Overall: The building is been over 20 years, some parts of it really needs some upgrade. There's a seafood restaurant (Hakkido Seafood) just walking distance 3 min. Night time would be crowded over there. …
1st stay down the drain. Old Property needs a lot of refurbishment. Room is very very dust even the bedsheets, Side table next to the bed. Mini bar. Have to call up the Duty Manager to witness it. I don't like to change room because I have unpacked all my stuff & busy to finished my assignment. Breakfast very very basic. Service no friendly at all. Reception staff all courtesy manner.
Stayed here on a trip with friends earlier this month. Overall great place, superb location and above average breakfast spread. I have to say that this was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. I was surprised at the hotel's proximity to the LRT and Monorail stations (it did not seem that way on Google Maps), Had a super interesting experience during my stay where the entire district blacked out for 2-3 hours (It was not the hotel's fault), but it did not affect my happiness with the hotel. Will stay here again.
Comfortable spacious rooms although could do with a little upgrading of the furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with great selection. Only a 30s walk from train station and busses so city very accessible. Only annoyance was the noise from the karaoke bar nearby at night. Pool very big and enjoyable could do with more seating round outside. Overall a very good stay. Thank you
I book at this hotel for 2 nights. Like Bahasa Indonesia Peribahasa say “ADA HARGA, ADA QUALITAS” i never know, being part of marriot bonvoy “Tidak bisa menjamin” 1st day : For checkin, i wait maybe almost 30 minutes for all settled. First the FO staff my room not ready yet, like wth im mad right know. I book through marriot bonvoy application since august & i arrived at hotel around 4-5 pm, as MB member i never experience this kind of issue if i book directly with MB Application. The FO gimme 16th floor room, the highest floor. The room is so noizy, got many sound from Air condition sound from our room, & because at highest floor, I can hear the engine sound from rooftop. Till 3am cant sleep properly. 2nd day : The variety for bf is not much, taste is ok. I have problem again when the night come. Honestly I request for change room & hotel ok, but since I comeback to hotel is so late around 5pm im too lazy for change room & im planning for checkout at 10am tomorrow. 3rd day : The promblem start 1.30am, the power on our room is off. Chat on application & Calling for operator, no one responding & accept my call. So Decided to go to lobby ask them what happen. Its kinda funny, all the power was off at that area. And for hotel didnt have any backup plan. I told the FO about my nights at there, and he said duty manager will reach me out before i checkout. Before i checkout, none of them talk to me 🤣 And FOR CHECKOUT ONLY I NEED 15-20 minutes because the queue is nonsense. I stay there 8-10 september, and till now my status at application from this hotel havent be post yet🥱 i dont know what are they doing? My stay at MB chain from other hotel, 10-11 september finished & posted to my account. The room interior need to be upgrade, cleanest at bathroom is awesome.…
