Reception is okay. Nothing to complaint. Fill was so small. Barely fit 4 person(exclude luggage). The lift only take you to 3rd floor. Then you have to use a stair to get to 4th floor. The hallway is a mess. Small and dirty. My room was at the end of the hallway. Booked rooms for two with single bed. But end up with 2 queen size bed but we are prohibited to use 2 bed. Only 1 bed. Like are you kidding me? AC was slow. Quite hot. You need to wait for the room to get to chill temperature. The wall is the worst. Hole here and there. Wire came out from the wall. Not sure how the wireman or electrician get to do this job without proper result. I mean it was so baddddd. The bathroom have no lock. The door was waiting to collapse. The water pressure was so hard. It barely tear your skin. No exhaust fan. It means if you need to do your business your roommate have to smell the unpleasant odour. Tv is okay with several channel. Other than that is not bad. If i need to stay here again it must be the last choice.

I stayed in the hotel with my family last May 2014. Since there's no room that could accommodate 5 people, we booked 2 rooms. The reservation was made through Agoda.

The room and bathroom are both clean but they need refurnishing The hallway smells strange for some reason and I don't know why. The WiFi is free but the signal depends on the room's location. My sister and I were lucky to be assigned on a room in the 2nd floor where there's a good WiFi signal and a water dispenser for hot and cold drinking water.

Location wise, it's not so close to the nearest station. We had to walk a few blocks from the hotel and walk up a foot bridge to get a train ride, which could be very tiring even for younger people. But when it comes to dining options, there's a lot of eateries opened 24 hours nearby.

If there's one thing that I really appreciate in our stay in the hotel, it's the good service we got from the staff. They've been really helpful and reliable throughout our stay in the place. When I forgot to bring a travel adapter, they lent me one. When we reported an issue with the air conditioning unit, the maintenance staff went up to our room just a few minutes after. They tried to answer all our questions as much as they can. When we're about to check out and it's raining and there's no cab willing to take us to KL Sentral, the lady manager looked for a ride for us from a nearby hotel. It was such a nice gesture and we're very thankful.

This hotel is very easy to find as long as you take a cab. We came from Singapore and did not have a good experience from the pricey hostel we stayed, so we just keep our hopes low since we got the accommodation way cheaper from what we paid in SG. When we reach the reception, we were greeted, not warm, just casual but staff are approachable and converse well in English. After a few minutes of confirming our booking, we went straight to our room. From the outside of the room, we're not expecting to see a huge room with 2 queen size beds, a bath tub with clean towels, working ac and tv. It is recommended, cheap yet decent.

Toilet inside the hotel rooms a bit unpleasant. Less hygienic . Not recommended to normal budget travellers.

When I came from Chile I had a very tight budget for hotel so I choose this one , that at the long run proved to be the best choose I had made , overall it filled all my needs , service , assistance and help were allways at hand , never had problem un any way , moving around is easy , getting transport is also simple and the mall is only 1O min away, food is everywere , KL central near to the Pretronas twin towers are also very near so I recomend this hotel for any long term stay.
Just to let you know The hotel is in an área called Chow kit that has a sort of bad reputation but in this side all is safe and quiet , there are many hotel nearby and more expensive.

The neighborhood is rather scary at night. The room had a bare nail in the wall. There was a hole in the wall. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The chair had a hole in the fabric cover. There was no bolt in the bathroom lock. The desk had graffiti and a large burn spot. I have pictures of all of these. Things were so bad that we left as soon as we could without asking for a refund.
