I visited Malaysia last month. Its was my business trip for few day's. IOI mall was my clint business area. So he suggest me to stay. Hotel room is very good. Master class environment. But service from only one receptionist is very unprofessional . Her name was Sohela (if i am nit mistaken). She talk with me very rudely when i want to know information regarding services. Her attitude like i am begging something..... How come a receptionist behaviour should like this. She also denied my important percel from courier service. Which was very important for me. I was at outside the hotel Delivery moment of that percel. Delivery boy call me when he reached at hotel for delivery.... And he told me receptionist dont want to receive this percel. Its was an envelope some business relative documents was inside. Other then this Receipsonist... Hotel service is good. Still i dont understand..... Im back again in puchong jaya again and i stayed 2 nights from Aug. 5 & 6 at this hotel and the rate is cheap RM100 per night my room 327 has a window fronting Kopitiam, very clean room and toilet, with hot shower im definitely recommend this hotel for tourist staying at puchong jaya... Special thanks to Ms Karen & Ms Shaunice..

My first time to visit Malaysiia last july 18 and i stayed up to july 20, from the aiport (KLCC) i rode a taxi going to puchong it cost 65 RM I've found this very cheap hotel with hot shower and near malls and restaurants only 100 RM per night very friendly and helpful reception staffs... I'm definitely comeback here when I plan to stay at puchong...
