check in took too long. bed sheet too dirty and smelly. shower not functioning well. sometimes water become too hot, sometimes become too cold and water pressure slow. shower become slow and turn off by itself. no hair dryer. no hanger

We stayed there just for a day, getting there was easy, walking distance from KL central, in an area known as Little India. Check in was quick, the room was very basic, free wi fi was there, air con worked okay. No Windows or balcony in the room, no other facilities. The bed was comfortable. Many eating places nearby, well connected to other areas. All in all, a value for money place.

I booked this room without reading any reviews. Now I just realized that many people complaining about this hotel. Well, my experience when staying in this hotel was so good and smoothly. I wonder that I looks like got the room which is like renovated (because the different of Door type) But, still there is leak in the front of mirror area (you can see there is towel in the floor) But I think it's still okay, not big deal for me. I got the rooms without windows, and yes it's make me overslept lol. The bed quite nice, but the quilt feels deflated. They also provide the room with coffee&tea and two bottles of mineral water labeled Signature hotel. Well quite prepared as budget hotel.. But... they didn't serves the soap/shampoo well. We got the 2in1 soap+shampoo in the water mineral bottle. Yuks. Hair dryer next to the bed working perfectly. The AC also good, and the other good thing is when I turn on the TV there is Infinity War which is airing so makes my mood so good. The best thing, my room is quite spacious. Easy for unload the luggages. Check in check out also easy. We need to deposit 50myr. Oh ya, from this hotel to the KL Sentral is really walking distance. And from KL Sentral to KLIA2 only 12MYR by SkyBus. For Muslim, I found the Mosque nearby (walking distance, googling : Madrasathul gouthiyyah surau brickfields ) but from the hotel you can't hear any sounds from the Mosque. And this location are Muslim friendly I think, because halal food easy to get. Yay! (And I love the John Burger under the LRT bridge, in front of ABC bistro) Oh ya, if you want to reach this hotel, I prefer use Google maps by MTR 1924 KL Sentral, this one is the restaurant next to the hotel. Because I hard to find maps of Signature hotel. There is also KK Mart, 7eleven, Domino. And other food stall mostly open 24 hours. KL Sentral Thambipillay location is really the best! Anyway at that times, I think this hotel quite good and recommended, but sometimes the experience wouldn't be same. Good luck and enjoy KL! …

We had such a bad experience. Without reading the reviews or having a look at the hotel we booked it. After getting into room it was like (yukky).... Room was not cleaned properly also bathroom was untidy to the core everywhere I could find the dust and to explain simply it's of waste. So guys please read the reviews and them choose ur room always. Especially when we ask for adapter to charge our mobile. Each and everyone were attending our calls and said yes we are sending it. Though calling them four to five times no response. We were irritaed highly and just walked out the same night to find a better room next.

If you are on tight budget & want to have only one night stay then this hotel is ok. Pros Lift, helpful staff, coffee,walking distance from the main road, good AC, good wifi Cons Towels & bedsheet are torn, walls have crack and stains, tap in the washroom was making too much sound, very basic toileteries just only shampoo both for body & hair. Nu sentral mall is 15 min walking distance.

This is a basic hotel with no frills offered. However the location is great being around 5 mins walk from KL Sentral and monorail stations. Added to that, it’s right in the heart of Little India with all that offers. The hotel is clean but the room lacked basic things - no soap or toilet paper; we asked for the latter and waited over an hour for some to appear. TV channels were very limited offering 5 or 6 only. However the staff were very pleasant and welcoming and it was fine for 2 nights. Breakfast was Asian style, using a local restaurant a few meters away; free vouchers are provided by the hotel.

I booked this hotel 5 night but the first night here got 5mn lose electricity at 2am so scare @-@ room small and smell like wet wall. So i decided to book one more hotel for stayed without care just left this room with store my luggage only. Thx u

Rooms are clean but many rooms had no windows at all and doesn't seem "open" and "spacious", the service was quite good. Close to stations and shopping malls. The hotel does not provide toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo. only soap.

An budget hotel in KUALAMPUR .An money worth hotel, very near sentral . Can be in your own u can reach klia airport by bus to sentral with hand luggage and walk to this hotel.MTR is next to this and few good restaurants nearby.Just wait in lobby and jump into friends car. You can use local sim to get grab app and use.I have stayed in other branch in little india and both are worth for money.
