My partner and I booked a room here. When we checked in the staff did not even greet us. He just said: 'Passport,'. Room is OK. We can live with that. But everyone at this hotel lack customer service skill. Most of the staff are rude, especially the receptionists. Book somewhere else if you want to be treated professionally.

The room is definitely very spacious but would have been cosier if the carpet is refurbished and changed as there are a number of patches on it.The Hotel should check that all the lights are in working condition. One of the lights is not working in the room I stayed in. The worst is the breakfast provided. There are not much variety of foods and the bread provided for guests are a bit stale and hard. They don't even provide white bread but the wheatgerm type. When told about the hardened bread, the waiter took out another half of the loaf of bread and we noticed some mold on it!

I was given room 710, it was a corner room and it was huge. The room was clean and bathroom was huge. Bed was comfy and tv had satellite channels, WiFi was slight of an issue as it disconnects at times. For the price I booked the hotel room was good. Only issue I have is room lighting was not enough as it was dark & the aircond took a while to cool down. I would recommend this hotel for short stays.. as it was very easy for me to take a grab/cab to midvalley and back

Stay at Ray Parc hotel for 2 nights in Jan 2019 because of an appointment at Mid-Valley. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from Mid-Valley. Check in and check out were smooth . I were allocated at floor 7 and my room was over-looking a high-end condominium. The window was facing the East and the room is reasonable spacious. The furniture in the room was a bit tired and needed to be replaced. The bed was comfortable and air-conditioning was working well. However, the kettle wasn't working and I requested for a replacement. The replacement kettle also not working and I just given up for requesting another replacement. Considered what I had paid for the room rate and this is a 3* hotel, therefore I didn't expect much from it.

Pros: 1.Cheap 2.Mid Valley is just a stone's throw away 3.Check in and check out was hassle free 4.Has window view 5.Has Astro 6.Peaceful surrounding -sight of trees from my room 7.Room is quiet- you don't hear noise from the road 8.Bed was comfortable Cons: 1.A lot of things still bear the old name "My Hotel" 2.Only one receptionist who is friendly but lacks professionalism 3.No Chinese speaking staff 4.Restaurant seems to be purely handled by foreigners. Bad experience. Food is too salty and spicy. 5.One of the two lifts is down while the other is small, dark, smells of cigarette smoke and buttons are glued with pieces of white paper with numbers printed on them. 6.Corridor smells of cigarette smoke 7.Room is dark. Not a good place to study/work. 8.Water is yellowish 9. Towels are stained 10.Chair needs to be replaced 11.Telephone doesn't look like it has been cleaned 12.Place to shower doesn't have a glass door so one easily wets the whole toilet. 13.Carpet needs some changing 14.No mini bar 15.Water leaks in from the window when it rains 16. Poor sink water drainage Although it seems that the cons outweighs the pros, it didn't matter much to me as I only stayed for a night.
