Great location and good value for the price. We had a twin room and the beds where far too small ! If your are traveling with a friend the rooms have see through glass bathrooms not really suitable for 2 male travellers. The lift situation is absolutely ridiculous . 2 lifts for 20 floors . Sometimes 20 minutes to get a lift and the stairs to the 10th floor are impossible .

Hi. I loved our room and we only paid 6800 pesos (155 USD) for our 5 days stay. Our room was nice. The staff spoke English very well. And they were very accomodating to entertain all our concerns. When we arrived last September 4 at 8 pm, after checking in, we were led to our room. However, there was a cigarette like odor, thus, we asked to have our room changed. The staff was very kind to allow us. And he immediately brought us to our new room. Very good job. If there is something to improve in this hotel, it would be the elevator. I hope something can be done on this, as I know they don't own the whole building. But, definitely, we will go back once we visit again Kuala Lumpur!

Hi. I did not expect that our room would be as lovely as ours. Considering we got it at a very low price. I would definitely go back here and recommend this to my friends. One improvement that they should consider is upgrading the elevators.

Debilitated building in a nasty kind of square. Lift that does not work properly, so either u wait a long time or u walk the ten floors.FEMALE travelers be ware, the lift, building and square are full of sexually aggressive Bangla men, absolutely NOT recommended for female travelers. Rooms are dingy, small and the toilet is close to the bed with only a glass panel in between. DISGUSTING. No tea available, only coffee. Staff is absolutely horrific and one of the guys absolutely smelly as well. Completely incompetent in everything they do. They gave the wrong room to start with, were unfriendly about us wanting to get what we paid for. When we wanted to talk to the manager they said that that was not possible. In the end we managed to find another room in another hotel and only then did we get to speak to the manager (All of the sudden available). The manager, it must be said, was courteous and responsible, competent and professional. Basically the only good thing/person about this hotel. We forgot something in the fridge, gave a call and asked to keep it for us. the next day went back to pick it up, but they cld not find it. once more had to involve the manager who made somebody bring it back to my hotel. Price for this hotel is way way too high. Fr room like this one shld not pay more then about RM 70 or 80.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, of affordable prices, staffs are friendly, near to Times Square, Low Yat Plaza, and others.... Room exactly as per photos provided..

HOWEVER......

1) This hotel actually ONLY located in 10th floor of the complex and it only have 3 lifts(which one is under maintenance), one of the 2 operating lifts can only fit up to 5 ppl per trip and the other one not more than 8 ppl. We waited for 2 rounds which takes up to 7-8 minutes for our turn.
2) A lot of foreigners.
3) Ground Floor (place waiting for lift), no air-cond neither fan!
4) Not suitable for travel with friends - bathroom doors are quite transparent which we can see through.
5) No sound proof room, where I am quite unlucky to hear a child keep running along the corridor early in the morning.

I mean, if you can have better option like Federal hotel, sky hotel, which is 2 steps away from it, and surely a better choice.

I found this hotel last minute (the morning of our stay) for my partner and I as he was fairly ill from a meal we'd had in Vientiane the previous night. So we were in a hurry to get into our room and chill out. After a bit of trouble finding the place we made it up the elevator and were immediately warmly greeted by all staff at reception, which was lovely and cool after the oppressive heat outside. We were very quickly checked in and given info, and showed to our room within 5 minutes. The room was much nicer than expected and very clean, with a lovely comfortable bed (clean sheets) and plenty of pillows. Air con was perfectly cool (especially for someone sick) and free wifi worked well. The hotel was super close to all bukit bintang has to offer so I could go and explore by myself, and my partner happily watched the cable tv and relaxed. Bathroom nice and spacious too; no issues with shower at all. Can't really fault this place at all as it was also great value for a last minute booking. Will definitely book here again when we fly through KL again.

So far so good. Clean hotel, nice, friendly staff. But problem with the heater in the bathroom. Watch out while u open the water if u don't check 1st they will burn your skin cos its too hot. Near to go bukit bintang, pavillion mall, low yat plaza, sungai wang even the place in 10th floor but recommend to stay there

One of the staff members (I guess im talking about the same person as "JWarmington" down here) destroyed my whole stay in this hotel. He was so strange and short and unfriendly in speak everytime I asked something. I asked if they had a ac-adapter or if I had to go and buy it. Answer was like "We have but you must leave it back". One day I came to the desk with my usb and asked if he could print one page for my flight home. But he did not want to use my usb and told me to go and mail it instead. After mailing it i was forced to pay 1 ringgit for an black and white papercopy. Not a problem but I was so suprised. :)

But he took the prize when he couldnt help me to book a taxi for the morning I was leaving. My plan was to go to the Sentral Station to take a buss to the airport, a 15 min ride from my hotel. But he could only help me if I booked a taxi _all_ the way to the airport. I asked why and he told me that he just had the number for this service. I asked if he couldnt call another taxicompany for me. "Dont have number" was the short answer. So I told him that I have to go out 04.00 i the morning and find a taxi on my own. "Good luck" was his answer.

No problem with other staff members - they were friendly and nice. But this man is not the right person for working in a hotel!

The location of the hotel var pretty good even if the outside of the building was awful. The room was small and clean but okay for the price.

The only real problem with this place is the obvious and glaring design flaw in the bathrooms, namely, the lack of any form of internal ventilation at all. Given that the bathroom does not have an external window to supply either sunshine or natural breeze, it’s going to suffer from mold or mildew unless given a lot of time with a significant door to window through-draft after every use. The result is that of course the room I stayed in - and, I'd wager a LOT that every room in the place with such a shockingly bad design - STINKS!

Upon my reporting this to the wispy haired, long-locked super-styled long single finger-nailed male receptionist, he did the obligatory walk to my room and immediately declared he couldn’t smell a thing then promptly stalked back to safety behind his desk.

The bright side to this story for me is two-fold: discovering that Agoda.com does not allow reviews of hotels but rather seems to allow the stacking of positive reviews. As a result I have migrated to this good TravelAdvisor.com. Furthermore, the next night I stayed at a much better place just around the corner for a minimal increase in fare.

Stayed 3 nights. January 21 to 24. The room is quite comfortable. Never expected to be so comfy for the price paid. We had the Deluxe Double with 5 fluffy pillows! The bathroom was very clean, modern with glass sliding doors and hot water .

The staff are very nice and we were very well taken care off. Great area, lots of shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel itself is not that well known. Our tour service had a hard time finding it first but its actually at the back of Royal Bintang Hotel and just beside The Federal Hotel. We ourselves never had any problems finding it. We came in a bus from Singapore that dropped us off at Berjaya Times Square and took the pedestrian overpass to the other side of the street and walked from there.

We will definitely go back again. It only cost us $116 US for a 3 night stay using Agoda.

I don't think the hotel offers airport pickup services. It's not listed in their service roster. But you can email or call them to be sure.
