the room is, as expected, clean yet a bit small to my liking but the two flufy pillows provided make the stay much comfortable. however, from the room you can hear trains passing by even if you close the window.

Check-in took almost an hour. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Made us pay extra for cleaning the room and then didn't bother to clean it until I went down to complain. The bathroom and bedroom were both dirty, and there was no ventilation in the room. When I went down to the front desk, the guy was outside smoking, could see me standing there waiting and just continued smoking. Worst customer service I've ever experienced...

Kind of a tricky one this. For the money I paid it was okay. Small room, with the normal toilet wet room combo. But, the aircon which was sited right above the door into the room from the hallway, had a wonderful trick of spouting water from the vents down the door and onto the floor where it formed a small swimming pool for the local bugs. It was also the loudest unit I have ever heard, EVER! The check-in process took almost an hour to complete. But this also happened in the other hotel I used in Kuala Lumpur, so I am guessing this must just be the way things are done there. It's location is within sight of the metro station, and you have the big 3 fast food chains also right next door if you can't force yourself to eat the local spicy food.

Only reason we choose this hotel was the location, which was just a walking distance for many attraction and easy access to the public transport.Once we get in to the room i found used socks hanging over the safety box.By he same time when my wife tried to charge her phone, power sockets were not working.when we complain about it a person called him self as a housekeeper enter and he just shake the sockets but it didn't work. he was simply said there is a problem with your charger, then we were inquire about tea cups ( they have advertised that they will provide those) and his answer was ''this is not the five star hotel''.added more to the horror the key card did'n work at all.we felt enough of humiliation and then request for a room change. next day we moved to our new room. we were relived for awhile until we will find out a water leak from the toilet.and again key card didn't work at all. Once we complain about it .what they have said was ''we are full tonight ,will open the door for you when you open the door'' .saying that they have refused to issue a new key card.simply they are disrespecting the word call '' HOSPITALITY''

Paid about SGD$70 for 2 nights stay in basic twin room. A refundable deposit of RM50 and additional tourist tax of RM10/night is applicable Pretty small-sized, has ensuite toilet and shower. Free 3-in-1 coffee sachets and mugs. Slightly worn out interiors and stained white walls. Has water dispenser at every floor. Generally clean. Lift at every level. 7/11, McDonalds and Burger King just around the corner. Overall, at the price paid, its more than decent. If you expect more, look elsewhere

Hello: I rented a room at Hotel 1915 for few hours as my transit flight was 8 hours away. Me and my family showed up at the hotel at 1.30PM. The hotel clerk said that, the room is not clean but he will clean it in few minutes. I told him, we need the room to keep the luggage and take shower and we will be leaving the room same day at 6PM. I found the bathroom to be dirty, After 3 pm I asked him repeatedly to clean the room and bathroom and after the 3rd ask, he started yelling at me. He was also using some slur word which are extremely vulgar.

I was working in the lobby since wi-fi in the room was not working. After about 10 minutes, I found wi-fi is not working in the lobby as well. Then I asked him what happened to wi -fi, the clerk Shanaz proudly mentioned that he turned off the wi-fi. I requested to to turn on and he started yelling.

Uppon check in the guy asked me whether i want to stay for 1 hour or 1 day he even looked at my wife very vigorously. The coridors smell like condoms and chicken satay. In the middle of the night i could hear someone bangging the wall or the girl. It sounded like the Latest Jurasic Park movie . At last i realize that it was the front office manager in the room screwing the house keeping women . In the morning house keeping open my room door without knocking the door , they told me it was wake up call .

Located in Little India 200m from the station Masjid Jamek and very close to the metrostation this little hotel is ideally located to explore Kuala Lumpur when you only have little time. Our room was quite small, but very clean with nice beds and a good bathroom. The airco worked fine and it was quiet enough to havea good sleep. We were very happy with our hotel and it's location. I can warmly recommend it!

When I decided to book this hotel, I had booked this with confidence as I was recommended by a Friend. Unfortunately, although it classified as Budget hotel, I Guess it require a little maintenance to keep up the quality of the room for a stay. The bed was a bit too old, the comforter, I'm not sure on those pillows too perhaps to change to better quality ones. I'm lucky I made the decision to pay a little more for the window rooms. The lighting was way too dark to do my make ups. And girls if you are up to doll up, get a window room and table mirror. I can barely see much if I don't open that curtain. I could not easily shift that to the side. The heater wasn't able to adjust the heat. Thank goodness there are still some heat. I'm expecting there are at least Bath / shampoo being provided. Because the room wasn't very spacious. I Guess it is better to add a shower curtain as it wet all the areas in the bathroom. So after all, if you are the fussy and very sensitive skin you may avoid booking so you don't get an ultimate disappointment. if you some easy Traveller. This could be for you : ) amenities are very close by. MRT is just across the road.
