The room quite big facing kuala lumpur city centre but smelly and dusty room , the poorly maintained. Room fitting was tired and the room lighting was very poor so dim and not comfortable. Limited tv channels only 4 channels with bad reception signal. Poor wifi connection. The only plus point for this hotel.....the staff is friendly and helpful

Used to be MH Hotel which I had made reviews before. However, now with the new management, I find the rooms much cleaner and nicer. They look more decent as well. However, I believe that there are still a number of things that they could upgrade such as their beds..

We stayed here for 8 days. Location was good. Close to seven eleven, stadium and mall. Rooms were spacious, but that's about it. We ate out most days as the quality of the restaurant was poor. Had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels to be delivered daily and room was never serviced. Pretty sad considering entire hotel was booked by...

Certainly a lot of areas to be improved especially the suites. Booked the VIP suite and it was not to my expectation. I'm a bit upset with the amount I paid and what I got. The only positive thing to say was the view from the room that overseeing the KLCC. It was beautiful especially at night and also during...

We stayed here as part of a group. Due to the large number of people the electricity was constantly dropping in and out and the wifi was non existent. The food was ok but not amazing. The rooms were quite nice and spacious but not very clean. An ok place to stay if you ate on a budget but do...

This is not a hotel. The place was dirty, very noise during the day especially when the housekeeping is around. The reception staff spend the whole day chatting with each other, they don't speak English well. I suggest this building could be used in any activity but not as a hotel

The only reason I use this hotel is because it is conveniently located for business meetings at PGRM. The rooms are spacious and functional. Almost everything else about the hotel is mediocre. The buffet breakfast is less than 1-star. Any person can open a tin of baked beans. A chef would actually cook them: add some onion, flavour and produce...

This hotel needs a lot of upgrading. The rooms were big, with a separate living room and the bedroom, but the things in the room really needs a lot of upgrading work. The beds were squicky and there was initial problems with the water heater. Don think this is a good place if you wanna spend your holidays...

This hotel apartment really is in need of upgrading. When we checked in, the housekeeping left an used towel in the bathroom. General outlook, the cleanliness need to be improve. The sofa bed in the apartment is broken (in a sense it is shaky & looks like falling apart). The toilet & bath fittings including the shower curtain needs a...
