It was the beginning of our holiday trip to Thailand, we decided to stay one night at malaysia and spent it around chinatown, so we stayed at this hotel. It was located strategically near petaling street. A small building, hardly to see, and the first time we entered, it didn’t live much expectations ( price=reality) We were welcomed (not really been welcomed, we were the who welcomed😄) by the receptionist who was quite helpful actually. After a simple check-in procedure, we entered our room. A 4x3m room (bathroom included) with no window, cleaned enough, towels were used to be white, tv not working, ac didn’t work either. After we told the receptionist lady about the aircon, we were offered the other room, that was smaller bit with a working aircon but still no tv, finally we could sleep peacefully. So, if you want a place to just spend the night, with a touch of luck, you can choose this hotel, but they will closed for renovation in the coming months..

the a/c room was good. not complain. the toilet are clean but bcz of quality of other guests, toilets got disgusted. the elevator is very helpful. they are generous with fans so it's very windy. the young female and male staffs very nice and helpful except the malay woman called Nur/Noor, who couldn't wait to show off that she is in charge! she took petty matter in a nasty ways until I said i'll report she to the owner then she withdrew a bit. she was weak in mathetematic, asking to check out while i had already paid for the night. a trouble maker not a solver. Stayed March 2015

I stayed in this hotel for few weeks due to work. This hotel has the worse ever receptionist with irritating loud voice I have seen in my life!! She is an Indian lady named Amutha, extremely rude & even shout at customers. She acts as if she is the owner of the hotel & act so bossy. She literally chased me out from hotel because of making payment late in the night for somedays.Note that I have been paying like that to the night shift receptionist for past weeks & no problem arised. Once she even refused to refill our soap when it has finished. We also got to know from other customers that she behaved rudely to them too. This hotel is a favourite destination for Bangladeshi as there is a transgender bangladeshi prostitute & other nationality prostitute who can be seen everyday in this hotel to provide ‘service'. They can be quite nuisance due to their paper-thin walls. I have to beg them everyday to do housekeeping as they only have 1 housekeeping staff per shift & some time only midnight you can get your room cleaned.Corridors are filled with rat's urine smell. Ants all over mattress.Towels are not clean,i got skin infection from it & was suffering for weeks. Otherwise, other staffs are polite & friendly.Dear Owner of Sevennite,if you seeing this review & still continue to hire rude staff & provide bad housekeeping servise im sure your hotel's rating is gonna fall down the drain!!!

We stayed here for one night whilst travelling through Kuala Lumpur. We paid RM45 for a private room (double bed) so overall quite cheap and this review reflects our experience for this room, considering how inexpensive it is to stay here. The hotel is ideally located in central Chinatown, nearby to local transport links (LRT and KTM), which made getting to and from the hotel very easy! The room was fairly small and didn't have a window facing outside. It had a good fan and a comfy bed. There were dubious stains on the bed sheets and the wall. The internet was good for us, there are a few different WiFi routers in the hotel, so you may have to connect to different routers until you get a decent connection. The breakfast was toast and jam and a hot drink. The communal area/reception area had a computer and hot and cold water dispenser, which is useful. Overall, for a budget hotel this place is pretty good. We only stayed for one night and was ideal for us as it was ideally located near to good transport links.

I stayed at the backpacker in a private room 2 nights and then when I realized that the 4 people dorm was empty and cost 25 RM I moved there. But if you are the person that after been out need to search for information for your next activities and book your fly tickets, skype with family, etc...Don't go!! is a clean place and good for sleep. Beads and rooms are very, very small, but ok for sleep.

I stayed in a standard two person bedroom for three nights. There are more types of rooms and obviously my experience only reflects the room I stayed in. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Do keep in mind what kind of price category this hotel is, don't expect too much of it. Location 5/5: In the middle of Chinatown next to Petaling Street, within walking distance of the northbound bus station, free city bus, subway and monorail. Hospitality 4/5: Our room clearly wasn't cleaned before our arrival. When we noticed it, they throughly cleaned the room. You get fresh towels and room service on request. If you need a power adapter/converter, they will borrow you one. The receptionists give great and honest advise about Kuala Lumpur and your exit route to you next destination. Room 2/5: Lack of power outlets (only one) and storeroom (one chair). The bed is comfortable and the AC is good. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbours showering and everything in the hallway. Also some sort of water pressure pump that makes noise. It sounds horrible, but I slept very good! On the plus side, our room didn't have any windows so it was pitch black and you don't hear any street noise. Bathroom 5/5: On the small side, but big enough for me. The Water pressure is amazing and it's hot. Utilities 4/5: Wifi works and it's fast, but not accessible in some rooms. Few computers in the lobby are free to use. Useful city maps at the reception.

The Seven Nite Inn is clean and very convenient between Petaling Street (Chinatown) and Central Market. The rooms are adequate and clean. Make sure that you don't get a room next to the lift/elevator shaft as it makes a noise like a racing car being revved up! Otherwise all is well.

Walking around Chinatown looking for a place to stay the night before going to Singapore and decided to walk into this hotel located on main road. Greeted by a very friendly, cheerful staff ( who's name I learnt later was Amutha ). Very helpful and knowledgeable about all things to do with KL. I would recommend this place for value for money, location and friendly staff. What else would you need ? PS. Stayed an extra night because it was so good !

If those of you needed internet urgent at specific timing. DON'T COME HERE. It sucks all the way! If walking distance to other places yes it's good so are the price. But those who stays one night and need internet to do urgent and official stuff within a limited time. Seriously, do not come to this place :)

Sheets where dirty and room felt dirty. Smelled cigarettes. AC was not cold but they let us change room without any hassle. Free GoKL bus stop outside the hotel. But good location very near petaling street and central market. Easy access from LRT station Pasar Seni a 500m walk. Much food and stores in the evening.
