Hotel's Favourite
Brought my family for a staycation here as it was just walking distance to KLCC. The rooms are cosy and huge. Excellent view from the room, even though they come with balcony but I didn't went out. The kitchen is fully equipped if you need to cook something.

Came with my friends to celebrate our birthdays and we were impressed by the service given by Ascott KL, Jalan Pinang. The apartment was amazing and we walked in with a nice birthday deco with balloons everywhere and a lovely cute gift snack from Ascott! Stayed in 2-bedroom premier. Spacious apartmenet for us, with 3 teenagers. Apartment is clean and fresh looking. Kitchen is complete with refrigerator, hobs and hood and microwave. Walking distance to KLCC, KLCC Park and Pavillion.

My husband is currently staying at Ascott KL and it was his birthday on 11 February. Yvonne Chia kindly assisted me to surprise him with a small birthday cake and note. I also scanned in some pictures that our children had drawn for him along with messages for his birthday which Yvonne kindly printed out and placed in the room with the cake. it is small touches like this, that set establishments out from the rest. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ascott Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and was thoroughly impressed with my Premier One Bedroom residence. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a spacious, elegant and well-appointed room that felt like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of high quality, making for a great night's sleep. The room was equipped with modern amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen facilites. The view from my room was breathtaking, with a stunning panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur's skyline. The staff at the Ascott were professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. We had a disappointing stay at The Ascott after having not visited for some years due to the pandemic. We have previously chosen to stay at The Ascott given its excellent location in downtown KL with good sized apartments for business or leisure trips with the family. However the apartments are showing their age and are run down with scuff marks on walls and tiles which have popped out and not been fixed in the bathroom. The airport transfer which had been pre-booked and paid for in advance was also not organised for our early morning departure to KLIA and we had to scramble to find an alternative mode of transport. We had hoped for a better experience with The Ascott but it seems it was not to be.

It like business type hotel, many businessmen staying here. Convenient to go to KLCC. The apartment room is spacious and clean room and bathroom, with all toiletries provided. Bedroom slippers are also provided. It has all you need from kitchen essentials. Clean as always! Highly recommended!

Ascott KL has a fantastic and dedicated team of staff who attend to my needs promptly and efficiently. Hotel is well maintained. Bed is plush. Furniture used are of good quality. The prime location is excellent. Within walking distance to KLCC and alot more other shopping and food areas. Love the stay and will definitely return.

Nice accommodation, plenty of space, adequate furniture and great location, a stone throw from KL twin tower and a good walk to Bukit Bintang and KL tower. We were not able to connect to WiFi the second day of stay but we only had booked the accommodation for two nights and so didn't bother as I had enough data from my internet service provider. Pest control need to be tightened as there were two sighting instances of tiny crawls in the kitchen. Overall, had a good stay and the staff were really terrific
